Do not I repeat DO NOT come to this office and let them tell BLANCA will help
NOPE lady was very unprofessional she set up our last package to go to my husband immigration interview and it wasn't even correct! CBP officer who interviewed my husband straight told him the person who helped you is trash !! She knew what she was doing she should of never sent you like that!!
If you guys want help ONLY LET LUIS OR
GRACE HELP!! No one else !! If I knew what I was doing and what I needed I wouldn't of come for help but since I didn't I decided to pay !!! But the worst thing I could of done is let them send me with BLANCA !!! Don't trust her she doesn't care about your situation at all..!!

Honestly, this place helped us so much! 6 months into everything, my husband got his interview. A couple of months later, he has his GREEN CARD! Without Grace, we would never have been able to get through this process alone!! She’s compassionate, understanding, and she’s so patient, she takes the time to explain everything to you, she always answers or returns phone calls. The staff as a whole are wonderful, very nice people, but Grace helped us on our case and she definitely went above and beyond!!!!! Thank you guys so much <3<3<3

Thank you Latino Services! My husband and I were told by Lawyers that we could not get my husband papers fixed. Even though he was a DACA recipient. We were told that it was too risky, a waste of money and it would be better to wait for Amnesty. But with Latino Services help my husband is now a permeant resident. We are so thankful! We've been coming to this place for a while now, everything has been handled carefully and smoothly by Grace, she's a wonderful person. However, last time we were here and another person handled our case, she was very unprofessional, her name is Blanca, this lady was eating a bag of lemon lays while she was assisting us, she did not know how to answer the questions we had for her, and I did not once see her use hand sanitizer after eating her chips, she just kept using the keyboard and she even took our credit card to charge us without disinfecting anything. This person needs to learn basic proper manners. Very poor costumer service from her part. I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for this person....

I've been doing my taxes here for years! Have not disappointed yet..Great customer service! You dont need an appointment, you walk in..sign up..they call you..first come first serve. They have other services as well: divorce..immigration..child support..etc..check them out!
