My stay at Larkspur Landing Sacramento was fantastic! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. A special thank you to Mary, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect. Her kindness and dedication truly stood out.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. My boyfriend, his brother and I were driving to Oregon from San Diego. I’m glad I stopped here. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sacramento. I’ll definitely be back!

Worked out perfectly for our stay with 2 dogs that have never stayed in a hotel. Staff very nice. Rooms are clean but could use some upgrades and detail cleaning. Overall I will stay again. The fact they accepted larger dogs, price was great and close to Sac State.

Amazing staff, had an incident where we accidentally booked for a shorter stay than we thought and the staff was so amazing and gracious in their handling of the situation. The staff here are awesome! The hotel room was clean with the kitchenette being supplied with all the cooking equipment you would need.

I absolutely love this hotel. The rooms come with a full kitchenette. Meaning it has a two burner stove, microwave, conventional oven, and best of all a dishwasher. They are very accommodating with check in and checking out. If you are staying for a length of time, housekeeping schedules to come clean the room, such as vacuum, dust, clean the bathroom, change the bedding and mop. They are pet friendly. They have dog treats and baked chocolate cookies that are delicious!!

This hotel deserves a little more credit. They offer a decent breakfast, all rooms are suites and while some rooms seem newer than others. Staff is super friendly and you can bring your pet. I like a squeaky clean room and they could really bump up their housekeeping a little. Still, it worked for us and we would stay again.

Paid a high price for two nights and was very disappointed. I requested a 1st floor room due to mobility issues and was immediately told they only had a second floor upon arrival. Yes, there is a small kitchen. Mine had the loudest refrigerator that ran constantly. Went to use a glass and was disgusted by how dirty it was. This hotel has no ice machine. The first one I have ever been in with no ice machine. Another first was the fuse box in my room. Was all the power at my fingertips Was someone going to need to come in to access this? The breakfast was decent but inconsistent. I thought I would have cereal and fruit one day and have the breakfast burrito the next. But they were not there. It's not near a freeway. Even though I stayed in town for 2 more days, I found a cleaner, quieter, better priced hotel in town.

I love this hotel for several reasons—1. Their pet policy—love it. I’m tired of sneaking my dog past a front desk. Here, they live your dog! 2. Friendly staff. 3. Every room has a mini full kitchen. Every room is a suite 4. Breakfast—they have great choices for their free breakfast. Some rooms are newer than others. They could bump up their housekeeping skills just a little more—however, we will be staying again. We have done Airbnb for private homes for two years when we come to Sac. This will be our go to place. The hotel is close to EVERYTHING. The mall, restaurants, C-A-L expo. We were fairly happy here. We will stay again.

Horrible experience. The walls were extremely thin, the neighbors next to us were loud, banging on the walls, kids screaming past 11pm, running up and down the hall. At one point, their fire alarm was going off. I could smell smoke. I was recovering from a surgery and moving slow so needed to know if we had to evacuate. The staff was extremely rude when we alerted them to the issue telling them they needed to check on it. They asked my mom what was wrong with her and to get back to her room.
One of the windows was busted and wouldn’t lock. I had to push the window back into its frame to lock it. They assured us housekeeping wouldn’t come in because they could not find a do not disturb sign. We returned to find housekeeping did in fact come in. My doctor’s office recommended this hotel and I’m going to ask them to not recommend them to any other patients.
