Rooms are clean, very spacious, and has everything you can need. What a bargain if you are looking for somewhere to stay when you're in the area.

It took me 5 seconds during check-in to fall in love with the front desk person. Just an incredibly charming individual. Her hospitality and customer service will keep me coming back to this location.

This hotel is very dated. The rooms are very functional and include a full kitchen minus an oven, and have a small dishwasher and a regular size refrigerator. However, the room decor is, as noted, very dated. The breakfast is very simple, with packaged breads, yoghurts and cereals. However, one big benefit compared to other area hotels is the cost. So it is a good place to stay for the short term on a business trip.

We went here due to the power outage caused by the bomb cyclone. The staff were helpful and very understanding of our issue. We got a smaller suite but for 2 adults and a cat it was fine.
The furnishings were dated but it's possible that it was because we needed a pet friendly room.
For those with cats or small dogs, the bed we got was open on all sides so our cat immediately set up camp under it.
The area was quiet and safe. After the chaos of the storm, that was very welcome.

I will start by saying the front desk people were nice and efficient, my complaint is primarily about the lack of clean facilities.

I own a cleaning company and immediately noticed the disrepair and grime in the room. There was a hole in the bathroom door and the tv in the living room didn’t work. The buttons on the ac/heater didn’t respond to pressing and unit could only be turned off by being unplugged. The cabinet surfaces were dirty and under the sink there was water damages and no soap for sink or trash bags. Bathroom had crud around faucet and outside of toilet had dirty spots. The hotel was definitely quiet but the hallways were full of the smell of food and overall this place needs a huge remodel or at the very least, a very deep clean. If the surfaces are that dirty I shudder to think how long it’s been since the carpet was cleaned.

Sad state of disrepair. First stay was when they just opened and it was very good. Second stay just as nice. Then within a year it went downhill. The manager left and no one seemed to care anymore about the overall state of the building and customer care is nonexistent now. Last visit: They cater to foreign workers which is fine but the culture does not respect other guests nor property. You will find filth now on walls, floors, stains and other unappealing things. And loud!!! SORRY BUT WILL NEVER EVER RETURN AGAIN. Needs to be seen and priced as a low motel. Perhaps $80 max.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. I think they oversell it for what it really is. First off, the hallway near our room had a horrible smell that I can best describe as a combination of moth balls and sewage. I have no idea what would make it smell that way, but it disgusted me. Once in the room, we found everything to be very dated and worn. The upholstered furniture had stains, the coffee table was dinged and scratched, and kitchen countertops were chipped harvest gold formica, the lighting was dim, the bed pillows were lumpy -- you get the picture. The bedroom just barely fit a king bed with two nightstands squeezed on the sides, such that you practically hit the closet getting out of bed on one side. We passed on the very modest breakfast offerings and went to a restaurant instead. I will never stay there again.

Hit and miss, for room cleanliness. 3x staying 2nd time was a quick stay and room needed a good cleaning iin common area, bedroom and bathroom were satisfactory. This stay bathroom needed attention with mold along to edge of shower and mold growth on the floor at corners of the tub. All in all good value for price.

I just recently stayed at this location for a business trip. The lady who checked me in was amazing. She was very polite and informative. I spent my week enjoying the gym and relaxing in the room (quiet for the most part). As the weekend drew closer, I planned to book my next week's stay through the website. Accidentally double booking because i didn't receive a confirmation email until an hour later. The man at the counter the next morning was very kind and fixed it for me. While driving home, my work advised me they wouldn't need me to work in that location the following week. So I called the front desk and the man was super helpful and refunded me since it was before the 48 hours. The next day, I noticed I never got a confirmation email about the refund. So I called and was told because it was an advanced purchase, that i wasn't able to get my money back. I spoke to 2 different people who were incredibly rude and wouldn't connect me to talk to anyone. I was told that the only way of contact was for them to email. $450 is a pretty big loss. I made the reservation and canceled in less than 24 hours.. and canceled before the 48 hour check in. I was told they put in a dispute and I would hear back in 48 hours. I have not received a phone call, email, or a refund. I feel scammed and treated very poorly. I will never go back.
