It use to be chill but now they are rude the rooms are nasty the showers are scummy. The floors are so dirty it turns socks black.

This was by far the WORST room I have ever rented. When I approached it the room did look kind of questionable but I thought nothing of it. When I entered my room though I was DISGUSTED. It was cigarette buts all in the corner something sticky was on the floor, the bed sheets had holes in them, the headboard looked like people were just carving their name in it, the chairs looked like they got them out of a garbage can literally, the showers were falling apart, they didn’t give us any towels, and that was just the first impression. I kept telling my boyfriend that I could not sleep there. I went and bought my own towels, soap, pillows, sheets, and covers. Also, all night you heard people outside, loud music, and they were out there all night. There were police cars pulling in and everything I would NEVER refer this room to anyone !

Absolutely terrible service the Hispanic owner was very stereotypical and rude. Forced my friend and her little baby to go out in the cold all because she wanted to see the room. Awful customer service all around rudeness. Do not stay there you will be highly disappointed. No HOSPITALITY not a good place to bring kids. They don't want them here

Very clean rooms , management is good but the reason is only 3 stars is because there is Wi-Fi but you can't log in and majority of TV channels is really fuzzy, you can't watch what you would like to watch.

Service wqs as decent as a hourly rented hotel goes, clean room though, no tv remote, quiet neighborhood though. Soda machine didnt work..not empty just didnt take quarters or dollar bills.

My favorite hotel since they closed down the travel plaza later back cool clean they also allow you to have visitors I love this place and it's close to everything
