I went to go and visit my family for thanksgiving. AND LET ME TELL YOU! This place has roaches NOT JUST ONE ROACH BUT HUNDREDS. They also have bedbugs disgusting.the person next door was very very loud.they played very loud music at night.I couldn’t even sleep at night and they were also very very active and annoying they would sit and yell all night long. I even wanted a refund at times. Their was also a very bad leakage upstairs I told the manager and he said “I told the guy to stop giving people that room.” He didn’t even help us i was so disappointed with my stay NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!😡

Absolutely horrible!!! The most unsanitary, disgusting, roach infested places i have ever been! DO NOT waste your money. Regretfully paid for two nights...1st the room window was wide open for any one to access and when my husband and I were inside room we didnt want to put our things down nor take shoes off and slept less then a few hours!...in 2 days. No blankets, running water from broken shower, holes everywhere and dont forget ROACHES!!! Oh and they keep one night/day payment if you want a refund...if they feel like giving a refund that is.

Avoid this motel at all costs! My friend and I recently booked a 2-night stay, but left after the first night. When we got into the room, I had to use the restroom. I use it, flush the toilet... and instead of the water going down, it rose. Long story short, my friend tried unclog the toilet, but it didn't work. We decided that we wanted to watch TV, but the cable wasn't working. The floor next to the sink was wet. We didn't see any leaks, so we put a towel on the floor to soak up the water. The next morning arrives. I get up early because I have a doctor's appointment. I go to take a shower, and there's no shower head. No biggie, I'll just take a bath. My hands strength is not very strong, so I wasn't able to turn it on. I left for my appointment while my friend was still sleeping. I come back to my friend telling that there's a leak from the sink, but it's coming from UNDER the floor. The towel we set down the night before was SOAKED. The final straw was the shower. We couldn't shower, nor could we take baths. We didn't want another room. My friend wanted a full refund, but they only refunded half. Lancaster Inn claims to be under "new" ownership, while this is a cheap motel, it was never sleazy. With this "new" owner, it's gone downhill. I will never stay here again.

It was the worst motel where I have ever stayed. There were insects everywhere, cockroaches walking around the room, the floor was extremely dirty, the shampoo and conditioner that they offer for the bath was already opened. My friend got an insect bite in her face!!! We had to fold the pillows with our towels because it was disgusting to put our heads over it! And when I went to complain the receptionist told us that too many homeless people used to stay in this place so that was the reason why is completely dirty.

I loved it, and check in was quick, smooth and easy. No drama or judgments. As we were leaving, he smiled and said be cool and enjoy your stay. I'm always discrete, so must be because of the nasty desert heat they had going. I went to the room while my friend moved the car and was going to get stuff out. He told me to get ready, so I did. Room was really clean, not at all what other reviews said. 2 beds, looked good and clean. Did a quick bathroom check also clean. Basic motel bathroom. Tub will fit 2 and I had good headroom. I'm almost done changing when he comes in with 2 guys. My first customers. Bed held up fine with 3 of us on it, barely messed up the sheets.
Even with the heat, some neat areas to explore, take some pics for my modeling / acting portfolio. And out there, 15th and Ave. K. Great areas to go and earn some money. Lots of nice men gave me rides, anything to get out of the heat. Pool is great too, especially late at night when most people are sleeping. My only complaint, and nothing they can control, Palmdale is HOT, and not in a good, fun way. Nice that the AC worked well. Definitely will stay here again if I make it out this way. Just, dress for the heat, lots of outfits I had just sat in the car.

Roaches!!! Had to start with the fact that roaches were crawling everywhere! We were placed in this hotel by our company and couldn't sleep due to loud "traffic" and yelling until 8 am besides the roaches. No shower curtain was provided. No toilet paper in the room. They didn't clean the carpets let alone sanitize during this pandemic. Moved the next day to the adjacent Motel 6, much better.

👌The stay was fine when you don't have anywhere else to go, 🙂 but there was a lot of activity going on throughout the night and unfortunately the rooms are not that clean or as clean as they should be and unfortunately they have roaches but I'm absolutely satisfied and happy🤗 the fact that they didn't have bed bugs 👍

Rooms are okay there's cockroaches and it's dirty. The parking lot filled with trash and its always loud cuz someone is usually being ghetto and loud. Location is great tho right next door to an amazing IHOP.
