I’ve heard great things about this restaurant. I just think I need to come back and try lunch/dinner. The place is super cute and homey, its small but we walked right in and sat at a booth type table. The service was just OK. The two ladies helping us weren’t the friendliest and seemed annoyed when we asked about the menu. One of the women was super friendly with people we assumed were regulars, but as soon as she got to our table and another near us that demeanor was just gone. Our food came out quickly and looked great, my Mom really loved the pancakes and was overall happy with her food. We both thought the water tasted funny, I think it was the ice though. My breakfast burrito looked so great, but it had no flavor and it was so extremely greasy, my plate was shiny with grease and so were my hands and lips while eating it. It looked really promising, its just really needed some seasoning. I definitely want to come back when my husband gets home from deployment to try the lunch menu so I can give this place a fair shot. Thanks for the hot meals and comfy environment, we’ll be back!

Really aggravated with myself that it took me so long to try this place. Can absolutely see why they have so many great reviews. If you're looking for a well made breakfast or lunch in a historical part of town with a great vibe and filled with great people. You shouldn't wait as long as me to try it out..🤦‍♂️Thank you Alysia for making us feel welcomed!

This was our first time at Lambert House Café. The manager was not friendly and rude. She was hovering over a new sever and over stepped. The server was answering our questions as best she could and was friendly. The manager seemed irritated and was rude towards a Door Dasher. Food was ok. The apple mimosa was great. I wouldn't go back.

Great local Cafe. So cute. Awesome beautiful staff. It's unique & gives a home vibe! Menu has great choices. Food was delightful && mimosas yummy. I'll be back again. Soon! 😉

Service here sucked, we order way ahead before another group but they got served first and got their food before us. We waited 40 minutes for our food. The lady at the counter kept on looking at us knowing they know they did something. I do notice other reviews that have mention that customer service is horrible, sadly I had to experience this on my first visit to this restaurant. I do see other reviews mentioning the same experience when it comes to customer service and the lady at the counter make those looks seems that she hates her job. Well I hope for other customers will have a better experience than I did.

Sidewinder Fries! (Best fries I have ever had beating Chicfila fries by a mile.)
Letdown:
I ordered the jalapeno poppers burger, I would've liked for them to ask me how I like my burger cooked, because my burger was too well-done. However, I feel like the idea of the burger has potential. They should definitely consider asking customers what temp they like their burger cooked.

Its a small nook of a place, if you are going with mutiple people it will be a bit of a wait. They serve lunch and breakfast. Upon arriving I sat at the bar area. Greeted and given a menu. Ordered a alcoholic drink the Drunk Jack Frosty. Even came with the small bottle of the rest of the champagne. The atmosphere was great, I personally don't like crowds but it is a popular place. While waiting I also had another mimosa a Cranorange. It was amazing just like the first. I got my food as I ordered the Cherry pie toast with a small side of bacon. It was delicious. The hint of cinnamon with the bread they used and cherries really brought the whole dish together. Along with the friendly customer service it was a 10/10.
