Feels like there's a pretty big rotation of business's that come and go on mainstreet. I know the restaurant scene more resembles a turn style than something stable. All I've ever heard is landlords trying to move people in so they can pocket the cash and then push them out for another person with a dream. Is that the fault of the association? Maybe not. It's not their fault places go under either. I just don't see how they can be rated higher than average.
