The five of us stayed at LakePlace B&B for a girlfriends getaway and we couldn't have found a better place. Mark made us feel welcome & comfortable when we arrived and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed Shakshuka for breakfast - a new experience but delicious! The rooms were inviting and a great night's sleep. Jennifer & Mark also gave us great tips on don't miss stops for our "retail therapy". Several of my friends had never stayed at a B&B before - I think they will be looking forward to a return visit.

The hosts were fantastic! Very attentive to every need. Private baths with each room. Plenty of living space to stretch out, a table for games or puzzles, even a mini fridge with beverages, and a cupboard full of dishes, and even snacks! The food was gourmet quality and presented so beautifully. Jenny and Mark are very friendly and great to visit with. I'll definitely go back again.

Amazing stay! The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly! The room was well apportioned, with thoughtful amenities! Views of the lake were peaceful/tranquil and private! The meals were delicious, and we enjoyed everything about our visit! Was a great way to celebrate the New Year! The Dragonfly Winery was also a fun experience!

My husband and I found LakePlace when searching for a place to stay for a weekend in Minnesota -- given the lack of lodging in the area we were excited to have found LakePlace! Jennifer & Mark's home is beautiful and they provide the most welcoming environment. The breakfast was great and we made friends with the other guests. Biscuit was definitely an added bonus 🙂 We can't wait to return!

Spent a night at LakePlace to take in the Fall colors and do some biking on the Gandy Dancer Trail. There are several great wineries in the area, too! Perfect getaway - WONDERFUL place to spend the night! Comfy, quiet, and beautiful! Jennifer and Mark were gracious hosts, and we enjoyed chatting with them. Hopefully we'll stay again if we come again to finish the trail.

We spent two nights at Lake Place Bed & Breakfast. We like to get away as a couple and just relax and check out local attractions. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! Plenty of pillows too. There was the right amount of blankets on the bed. We left our window open at night and it was so cool to hear all the wildlife. There are neighbors but we didn't hear them. Jennifer told us about an app we could use to figure out what birds we were hearing. The food was great and plenty of it! They used a lot of locally found ingredients, which was neat. We went on a train ride and also on a boat ride. I highly recommend the Taylor Falls Scenic boat tour! Train ride would be great in the fall, to see the colors. Mark & Jennifer were great hosts!

Our stay at LakePlace was nothing short of spectacular! The location was great-we enjoyed shopping and sight seeing in a few nearby little towns. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The service was A+-from check in to check out. Jenny and Mark were very friendly and had many good suggestions for places to visit. Breakfast was so yummy and well presented. We will definitely be back!

This is a lovely restful home on the lake. Jennifer and Mark are great people and serve a fantastic gourmet breakfast. We ate out on the patio on a beautiful morning. There are chairs down by the water and areas in and outside the home for guests to relax and unwind. Our room was lovely, the bathroom very nice with a tub which I so appreciate! This couple does a fantastic job, a big "thumbs up!"
