We are planning a Danube River Cruise with Lake Country Travel. We met with Bob, Mel & Jim with our local group , and again with my wife and I. They are very informative, fun, approachable, and happy to share their experience to help us plan an excellent trip. They all have done the Danube River trip, & willingly discuss the best approach to optimize our excursions. They informed us of future trips to Japan, Australia/New Zealand, & Antarctica. We plan to use them for future adventures.

Absolutely horrible!!!!!! Gave wrong information before we booked and then denied even had proof by 3 emails and cost us way more than should have. Then both owners fought with us not taking accountability for their agent that messed up and then became extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Do NOT use this travel agency!
