We ordered the avacado toast which was good but came with hair in it. They offered to remake it but lost our appetite, no refund, got a muffin to go for later since we didn’t end up eating and they charged us for that as well. Poor customer service. We will not go back.

I LOVE this coffee. It’s the best I’ve had in Spokane and always hit up ladder coffee when I’m in town. This location is very open, bright and clean. The food as always was really tasty and the coffee was smooth and flavorful. Try the breakfast Sammie with avocado. I get that every time and it never disappoints. My wife got the savory waffle and she loved it! We will be back for sure.

I've been to all of the ladder locations but the valley location is my favorite. Staff is always super friendly and they always make my drink right. The coffee is great and the seasonal drinks are always a delight.

Coffee is not very good, atmosphere is bland, and they no longer have salads.

Response to reply from business: IMO it is, there are pictures of salads in other reviews which is why we came here and the blonde short haired cashier said they are discontinued.

Love this coffee shop. Kind of wish they had more comfy chairs but heck it's just so relaxing and coffee and food is so good. I always Try to meet someone here. When in town I'm enjoying it here.

I love coffee. The drip coffee that I was served was very sour. I tried both varieties. The service was great but the product was not.

Cute space but it can fill up very fast. The coffee was good but the coffee cake was a bit dry. Love they have vegan options but they are limited.
