Great and affordable location. Staff was kind and approachable, they interacted with my very talkative and hyper 5 year old like they knew him forever. He got a late night pizza slice after our pool adventure (pool is open 24 hours) and extra eggs about 15 minutes after the breakfast buffet closed. Our room was cleaned very nicely, no complaints there. They seemed to have an electrical issue in the hallway the morning we left, they set up flash lights and made sure we could get by while fixing the issue. This was a fun overnight trip for my kid and he had a BLAST!!!

First off, this hotel is in a very sketchy part of Yakima. Abandoned houses, fenced off properties, etc. I was worried about our car being broken into, but thankfully it wasn't, even though I didn't see any security working the area.||On to the hotel. It has been remodeled and updated, and that is nice but the walls to the rooms are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the rooms next to you, across the hall , and in the hallway. I had to call to report a domestic violence situation going on in the room across me on the first night, and the second night a baby cried incessantly most of the night in another room across the hall. I heard people walking, running and talking in the hallways and doors shutting constantly. This hotel was obviously not concerned with insulation or sound proofing when it was built.||The morning we were checking out, as I was walking out of my room, the door to the room where I heard the domestic violence going on, opened. As it did, a pit bull came out of the room and charged at me. The owners grabbed it quickly. It was unexpected and freaked me out. I am not a huge fan of pets in hotel rooms but if you are going to allow it, how about have them all in one area so people traveling without pets don't have to encounter this type of situation.||The bed was comfortable but if you can't sleep due to all the noise, it doesn't really matter.||The gal who checked us in was also very unfriendly. Not sure if she was just having a bad day but it didn't feel real welcoming.||All told, I will choose another place to stay next time I am in the area.||All told, we would not stay here again.||The water in the shower was warm, not hot, and showers were not enjoyable because of this. We took showers at different parts of the morning, so I don't believe it is because they ran out of hot water, I believe they have a governor on the temperature.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Better customer than I expected. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Hotel has a 24 hour pool and small exercise room.

Nice room for the price. Rooms appear to have been recently renovated.
Request a room away from the elevator. The elevator dings loudly and is heard an every floor no matter which floor it stops.
Cleaning service was OK.
Refrigerator and microwave in the room.
No safe in the room.

Front desk was helpful and gave me a different room when I brought up a noise issue in the afternoon.
Complimentary breakfast was standard. I skipped it.
Didn't use the pool or fitness room but they looked nice.
Rooms were clean, not sure how old the carpet was.

The hotel was very nice. Our room was clean and modern. Very comfortable bed and we finally found a sofa sleeper that had a comfortable mattress. Breakfast wasn't too exciting but it was good enough. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in town.
