The mattress was the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on stayed four nights it not again I hurt all over bad. The employees were nce and helpful. Room was clean except food in frig. Great water pressure Good shampoo conditioner and body wash

I've stayed here before and it was always pleasant. However, on today (9/7/2024 at approx 1:00 pm) the front desk attendant showed me why I'll never stay again. I arrive to check-in per usual and she's states "I'm not checking anyone in right now". I ask is this new as I've always been allowed to check in early. She responds by stating "Oh well I'm not checking anyone in". I admit this bothered me as there was no explanation as to why specifically as I've checked in early before. So I say "with the 5 cars outside, you can't check me in?" There was literally 10 for sure. She says in a very rude manner "we have 20 rooms out of commission right now". Now why she didn't just say this earlier, I have clue. But what gets me is there were no plumbers (she said the toilets were down) or contractors outside working on the rooms not was anything or any area in disarray. Crazy!! Her attitude alone was horrible. She never stood up. Never said hello. She just sat behind the computer, never even offering a smile. DO BETTER!!!

I was here about 2 weeks ago for work related travel.. upon entry I was greeted by an extremely nice gentleman who made the check-in less stressful to the end of what was an already stressful day. The lobby was very clean and contemporary and also very inviting. The coffee and tea availability was a nice touch. But the thing that did it for me, was Ms. Cynthia. She was OUTSTANDING!! Her amazing and bubbly personality was beyond refreshing. So, of course her customer service was unmatched.

Hotel was very clean and Front Desk Attendant on Friday was very friendly. Room was cool when we went in. Plenty of space. Only issue was the water pressure in the shower was not great. Hotel is being remodeled so there is construction noice during the day but it’s not overwhelming. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay here again

Stayed here this past weekend for a softball tournament. Check in/check out was easy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Walked in to the lobby and the first thing you notice is how clean, well kept, trendy it was as well as how great the place smelt. Let my daughter and her teammate swim the night we got there. The pool was clean with pool towels available at the pool. Rooms were great! Very clean, comfortable beds, roomy, and the shower is amazing. Location was great also. Right off the highway with lots of options for eating and shopping. Complementary breakfast was a plus! Everything was fresh and tasted great. Waffles, toast, sausage, omelets, bagels, cereal were the options when we stayed. Will definitely stay again if we come that way as well as will look in to booking at other La Quintas at other locations!

Paid $160 a night and it was definitely not worth that amount of money! When we booked the room and no one thought it was important to inform us that the hotel was under renovation and that there would be construction the whole weekend. The side entrance door had a pipe hanging over the awning leaking water onto your head. Each bed only had three pillows and when I called to ask for more day they claimed they had no more war and offered me a blanket to roll up and use as a pillow. There were absolutely no parking and I was told to park against the curb and could only get literally one channel to work on the TV. These are the services I received for $160 a night.

This location can’t be beat, everything is within walking distance or very close to shopping, restaurants and beautiful scenery! The customer service was friendly and they accept pets which was so important for me in a time of need! The breakfast was good but could have a hotter one would be nice. Otherwise great stay!
