We had an amazing experience during our stay. The employees were kind and welcoming, and the manager Brian was super helpful & attentive. He made sure that our stay was excellent. I had no issues at all during our stay. The hotel is super clean, the halls smell fresh, and our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. They offered hot breakfast in the morning, which is awesome because most hotels don’t anymore. The breakfast had many different options to choose from & was a delicious way to start our day. I would recommend this hotel 10/10!! We will be booking again soon

Room wasn't ready when went to the room in the first place so I had to go back to the front desk to get a new room. The front desk gave me a new room but the TV wasn't working. Had the tech came in but still wasn't working so I had to get a new room. The new room was fine but the water pressure from the shower head was very low. Overall, I wasn't happy with my stay because there was so many issues.

The rooms were decent, and I like that the windows can be opened for a nice breeze. The A/C is very weak and slow to cool. The room we were in had a bathtub shower combo, but there was no plug for the drain to take a bath which was a bummer.

They advertise they have a jacuzzi and told us they had just repaired it when we asked about it at check it. Went down there happy to chill and relax. However it was still broken, lukewarm, no jets and it looked like it hadn't been clean in months. Didn't bother to go in. Pretty gross.

Wouldn't go back. Would rather pay a couple bucks more and go to a hotel with a pool and working jacuzzi. Check in took a long time also, because the staff member talked our ears off. It was folksy at first, but standing there with all our bags....after a while I was like enough with the jokes already just give us the room key.

I made a reservation here with the pay now option. Due to the fires in the area I decided to cancel the reservation. I will not get a refund because this reservation was 'non-cancelable, non-refundable.' I was able to cancel online, and I understand that under normal circumstances this would not be refundable. However, my wife suffers from asthma and the air quality in the area affects the quality of the stay. I believe this is not a normal circumstance and the hotel should be more understanding of it's customers and their situations. I have stayed at multiple Wyndham locations and they have always been understanding.

Everything was great except there was fog dropping in the elevator since we checked in. People with dogs Should clean up after your dogs …It’s kind of the hotel to let you stay there with your pets…PLEASE be concerned about other people and especially the Hotel… Perfect the bed the good excellent… Will stay there again

Everything was good, the drawers were broken the bed was so comfortable the people were nice , the first floor wasn't as loud the laundry room needs a little help. Other wise it was a wonderful stay.

Nice room with a good breakfast. Plenty of parking with access thru the main entrance and a back door and an elevator for getting to your room on upper floors. A little noise carryover from the lobby, if on the second floor, as it is open above lobby area. There was a hot breakfast with two waffle makers and an egg patty and sausage. Would stay again if in the area, not too far from the Long Beach cruise port, Disneyland, or Knott's Berry farm.

The hallway of 3rd floor smelled like pet poop, the room looks very outdated, tv was not working properly, the bathroom had dead flies on the light. Overall, it was not the greatest stay we had. The breakfast meal was typical; eggs, sausages, potatoes, breads, cereal, make your own mini waffles & pancakes, breakfast drinks as well.
Location was good, not a busy busy area. Service was good as well. Elevator is a little scary and dirty.
