Though this is an architecturally older style LaQuinta property, it has been renovated to reflect the current design theme. Our Deluxe King Suite with a separate living room was perfect for our stay. Known to be pet-friendly, there were several dogs on our floor, likely due to Hurricane Milton evacuees, but they were well-behaved. The property and room were clean and well-maintained. The only slight drawback to our stay would be the property's mattress choice for the king bed. It was too soft for our liking, but it was not a deal breaker. We would stay here again.

Even tough I said I wouldn’t, I’ve stayed at this property another four times since my last poor review. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. ||This hotel doesn’t care about their guests. ||On 10/14, the hotel was out of sugar packets. My return visit a week after, still no sugar. When I asked the manager, I was told their supplier was out. My suggestion to put bulk sugar into a canister as you see in many coffee shops was met by laughter from her colleague eating breakfast beside her. ||Still no dog waste bags, no grass around dog walk stations, rooms with heavy pet odors, overflowing trash cans surrounding the grounds, filthy floors and baseboards in the hallways. ||Poorly run hotels start with the management and this one seems to be worthless.||It’s a sad testament to deferred maintenance and lack of training and standards as I remember what a jewel this property was ten years ago, when we first started staying there in 2013.

Everything about my stay was top-tier. Every person was courteous and attentive to ensuring I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The location was very convenient for any eatery I wanted to choose. If you are considering a stay in this area you will have all you need. I will stay here again in the future.

Our room was neat, clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel overall was very quiet. We had our dog with us and greatly appreciated the low-dollar pet fee versus what other hotels charge. Check-in was smooth, fast, and efficient. And the desk clerk was very nice and friendly.

LOVED our stay here. We booked 2 rooms. I called the day before our stay and spoke with Anna about getting the rooms close. When we checked in, we had rooms 102 and 107. We had a great stay in beautiful, clean rooms, and woke up the next morning to a delicious breakfast. After we left, we figured out that my daughter had left her body pillow that she’s had since she was little, and was very upset about it. I called back to La Quinta and once again got Anna. She was able to quickly locate my daughter’s pillow and is going to have her manager send it home for us, making my stressed out daughter very happy. This hotel was awesome and Anna is the best. My next trip to Mobile will definitely see me staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect! Very clean and lots of room. Everything smelled so good. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was so good. It was a hot food we all enjoyed. The location was perfect and we felt safe.

Excellent room. We reserved a double king room that was pet friendly. This room did not disappoint. It was huge! We were near the back door so it was easy peasy to take our 4 legged roommate out for a walk. Breakfast was pretty good as well. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. ?
