For the price, we were blown away! The friendly front desk staff made check-in a breeze, and our room was a huge surprise – a two-room suite with king beds, a living area, and three TVs. The pool, gym, and free breakfast were fantastic bonuses. La Quinta is now on our radar for future trips – exceptional value!

My room was 3rd floor facing front. It was quiet. No road noise. Tiny hint of a TV on in next door room but nothing bad. My room was up to date. Felt new. Comfortable bed. Room was big, bathroom was tiny, which was no big deal as I was traveling alone. Great location. If you stay here without a car, you can walk to many places to eat plus a convenience store. Only two hangers in the closet, which is always my pet peeve, but I could have asked for more, I just didn't. Not a fancy place, but they just got almost everything right and the stay was so easy and comfortable. Lots of parking during my stay. Basic workout room was not bad either. Dave at check in desk was awesome!!

Good location from event I was traveling to. Bed was comfortable. Used gym to stretch and it had the equipment I would want to use while traveling. Bedrooms are updated but, bathroom door seemed too close to toilet and the toilet was very short.

Stephanie was amazing. Her customer service skills were exemplary. She bent a few rules to get me onto a main level floor to open windows (since upper levels can only be open to tiny bit due to liability) which I do in every hotel! She had to do some workarounds to make it happen and she was gracious and efficient and I appreciated her extra efforts. Everything else was great as usual with La Quinta; clean rooms, nice breakfast, quiet and the amenities were all you could ask for in a hotel.

Positive: Staff was polite and accommodating Negative: Condition of rooms had broken outlets, missing privacy curtains and the conjoining rooms leave no sound proofing which led to horrible experience with a party next door happening until 2am.

Dishonest staff and stay. Unsafe practices..beware! I checked in via a link I was sent directly through the hotel with my credit card. Once I arrived at the hotel, not only was I not checked in but they said that information doesn't go to them at all and it is a system problem. I expressed concern since I had given my credit card and license information and they explained they couldn't help me and I was stuck giving my information again. Then, at check in I asked for an hour late check out and was granted this. However, at 11am (regular check out time) they entered my room even though I had do not disturb sign out and I was in the shower. They then proceeded to call my cell phone to ask why I was still in the room. I had to go down to the front desk to explain I had one more hour and they said the communication is poor between night and day staff and they missed that. ||Total lack of safety and security. When I addressed this with corporate they offered to refund half of my stay and then ended up only giving me 1000 loyalty points in reality. They said it looked as if someone had refunded my whole stay (which wasn't true) I had paid with loyalty points and they looked at that as it was covered by them?!? ||This is how they reward loyalty and keep their customers safe. There has been no other communication follow up by corporate even after I requested a response. ||Beware of staying there! Your credit card isn't safe and they are not honest.

It was just a short stop over but it was great. Everything from the check in process to the room to the breakfast the next morning. We would definitely stay there again if we go through Kennewick.
