We have stayed here twice and I want to shout out about their wonderful hospitality and their free breakfast in the morning. Plenty of parking for our work trucks which is extremely helpful. Not far from Charleston. Nice area, felt comfortable with leaving our vehicles in the parking lot with our work tools and equipment. I appreciate them and they will continue to have our business during our Charleston WV stays.

Excellent customer service at front desk. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was delicious!! Jet tub in the king suite was the cherry on top! Highly recommend this hotel! We will most definitely be staying here again if ever in the area!

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean, staff were nice, and had a great breakfast. It was only 15 minutes from the convention center and was very easy to get too. I really enjoyed the hotel. We were also surrounded by plenty of food. This made it even more convenient.

Really loved my stay at this hotel! Everything was nice and clean, the staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast was great. The location also works well for being close to Charleston without being right in the city. Overall, it was an awesome place for a single-night stay.

Older hotel but very clean and comfy. The room was spacious. Towels were soft and fluffy. Bed was very comfortable. Totally recommend. Restaurants close to hotel. The breakfast was good. They had hot coffee when we checked in, which was really nice on a cold day.

This incredible staff was so sweet and professional including maintenance who fix the fire place when I asked them to so that concierge wouldn’t be cold. It was freezing outside. The housekeepers were also so nice the lady that prepared breakfast most importantly Kailey Gabriel and Cory were fantastic but Kailey took the prize she is an amazing concierge she even came to my unit to make sure everything was in order and clean. Thank you guys for making this stay amazing. I will come back over and over if I need a place to stay

Stopped as a halfway point on a 9 hour trip. Lots of feral cats outside when parking so keep an eye out. I wasn’t aware it was a pet friendly hotel prior and we found ourselves with a loud dog as a neighbor. We quickly asked the front desk to switch rooms which was easily accommodated. While we were asking about switching rooms another guest reported there was actually a cat in the ice vending area. The back door had been propped open. The room was clean and comfortable however the parking lot lights from the shopping mall were extremely bright and the curtains don’t close more than 2-3 inches. It would be a huge improvement if the blinds closed fully to block the lights. I’m sure a room facing the other side would’ve been perfect. The cats outside can be hard to manage but ensuring doors are closed should be protocol. Breakfast was pretty standard but is always a nice addition on a long trip.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place was disgusting the minute we walking in and got worse the further in we got. There was a weird smell throughout the whole hotel. One of the elevators was a bit sketchy and we were not sure it was safe to ride on. Our room was so gross. Carpet felt sticky, curtains had stains all over them, wall by the bed had some type of black drip mark stains, so much dust, and then there was the bed….. needless to say, we went back down to the desk, got a refund and went and stayed at the Marriott!
