I am very impressed the level of quality with the staff, room and breakfast. The room was huge and had two TV's. I didn't expect this. I love the wood flooring with no carpet. Breakfast was delicious with sausage, eggs, different types of bagels/pastries, cereal (hot and cold), biscuits, gravy, potatoes, cereal bars, coffee, juice, tea and more. Coffee and tea is offered in the lobby 24/7 along with bowls of fruit. Beds are very comfortable. Love the Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the wall dispensers. My only complaint is the coffee makers. Mine didn't work, but staff was on top of it soon as I reported the issue. I was still able to get a good hot cup in the lobby that tasted delicious. I don't like those little makers anyway since they are the coffee pouches that brew watered down coffee. I'm hoping they change to a keurig in the future. I am looking forward to staying here again.

The breakfast here is one of the best I've ever had. I travel allot for work and have seen it all. This place however is better than hotels twice this size that have double the staff. We're talking 4 types of milk offered (including dairy free), 4 hot plates of different food, bread goods and everything you would want to put on them. The breakfast alone is reason to come back here.

This is my favorite hotel in Centralia. It was newly built and finished in 2024 so all of the rooms/beds/sheets/towels are brand new.

Breakfast buffet in the morning ends at 9 AM and has the fun waffle makers that kids love.

Seems like the pool is always closed or has something wrong with it but I don’t mind that

Most of all the service is great. I stay here once a week for work and they treat me well.

This hotel seems brand new. The rooms were clean and decorated well. Very comfortable beds and pillows which is really hard to find. They also offer free breakfast, I had the flu so we didn't try it but it looked good. Staff were also very nice! Great locations as well!

It was amazing! The rooms were clean and really nice. The hotel was quiet. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was great. The lady who checked us in was so friendly and awesome. Our original room had a really noisy air conditioner. We weren’t upset because things break but we let her know. She put us in another room and upgraded us for the inconvenience. It was a great stay.

Full transparency, I didn't stay here but I wanted to write a review just to uplift the excellent customer service of the front desk representative on the evening of November 19 (I want to say her name was Kris?). We lost power at my house during the crazy wind/rainstorm and she was kind enough to allow me to work from the lobby to finish up a big work deliverable. During my time there I observed how she treated all of the customers with friendliness and care. It was a wonderful experience thanks to her!

The first is the staff, they are amazing. Very friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the housekeepers and breakfast crew, everyone seems to really like being there. Some weekends are loud due to sporting events but that isnt the hotels fault and they try to keep the noise in the lobby rather then the upstairs rooms.|All in All a very excellent, clean, new and friendly place to stay
