Positive: the front desk was so amazing, She is a great employee and great customer service. the hotel was our second stay here. Will probably get a larger one next time. Hotel employee showed me different options available for our next visit. Negative: did not have any soap for the bathroom sink. I had a bar in my suitcase so just used that instead of asking for some. Everything else was great but you do need tea bags not just coffee options in the rooms.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Our car broke down on the way to eugene with our dog and when I called to see if they had rooms available they were so nice. Many business very close. The rooms are very nice and the beds are really comfy. Plenty of parking and a ton of TV channels.

Came here twice this year and it's was good! Except me and my sister were expecting to swim and saw that they had a sign up saying it's closed😕 should of disclosed it on the site. Anyway the room was clean and we'll put together but our TV didn't have a remote the first time and the second time it did ,however there was no signal.Overall I'd say it's an ok place to stay. I would look into another place that has a working pool if that interests you.

Beautiful rooms. Extremely clean. Warm and inviting. Huge room with 2 tvs, a couch, and a large king-size bed. A table and chair. Excellent lighting. A refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave. The bathroom is big and has a lot of room. Lots of towels. Hair dryer. The shower is huge. Free breakfast and coffee in the lobby. The hosts at the desk are friendly. The hotel is spectacular and very quiet.

FYI I’m normally a “higher end” hotel person to give a bit of perspective to my review. The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. Check in/out process was very easy online. Room was clean and in good condition. Rooms not as soundproof, but it wasn’t bad. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room smelled like a mixture of wet dog and dog pee. When you turned on the heater it got worse and when you rolled over in bed at night the smell would pass through the room. We prepaid for the room. I told hotel staff and was told there were no other rooms. When I checked out 3 nights later and complained again, I was told I could have switched rooms and when they said they had no other room they meant no other room with the same set up. I did not need any special set up. I just wanted a room that did not reek!

Great stop on the way from Portland to Vancouver. The hotel and rooms are clean, new and well maintained. Beds are comfortable and morning breakfast is good for kids. The parking lot is a little tight with not much room for RVs though.

Great place to stay but the housekeepers gather in the lobby and party loudly. We wanted to drink our morning coffees there. The lobby should be a comfortable and inviting place for guests at all times. We were very frustrated and went back to our room. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable. Comfy beds and pillows.
