Overall, this was a good place to stay. It is functional and in a decent location. Now staying here, I would NEVER stay at the Motel 6 across the street again. This place felt safer, and the guests were polite and quiet. Free breakfast is a nice touch too! The hotel doors lock automatically, so you will need your room key to re-enter the building.

Stayed on the pet friendly floor and thankfully all the fur babies were well behaved and barely made noise. That being said, the whole second floor reeked of animals. It almost feels like you are being punished for traveling with your pet. I'm sure the normal rooms were in better shape and it is terrible some guests have nasty habits and untrained pets; but as someone who's dog has manners, it was gross! Definitely feels like the hotel gave up on our floor. There was a strong foul moldy and pee odor when we entered our room. Carpet was heavily stained and some portions felt damp. Thankfully the windows opened, but I had to buy cleaning supplies to make it comfortable.

We booked 2 rooms. When we enter the rooms they have a smell that goes on and of depending of the air conditioner temperature we think. We travel a lot and La quinta are usually good. But this one in particular has no protein at breakfast, no sausage, no bacon, just cold boil eggs, waffles, bread and yogurt. Very disappointed in that way. We asked if they can move us to another nearby in which has better breakfast and rooms and the front desk women just say we can't do anything for you. We booked 2 rooms for 11 days!!! That's very very disappointing. It good to mention that it need refurbishment or maintenance. The bathrooms are not that clean they still have very old bathtubs, the lighting in the room is very poor and yellow, not even white to make it look better. The microwave is like one that comes in a corn flakes package, looks like an old toy as well as the lamps. The bathroom door it's not functional at all, if you go to the bathroom every smell goes in to the room. And I can still go on. But just show in picture, think twice about coming to this La Quinta, is in Buena Park.

Such a great hotel for the price we paid 🙂 We were so satisfied with everything the hotel offered. Great location, as it was only about a 15 minute drive away from Disney (10 with no traffic), super central and in the middle of a bunch of shops and restaurants around the are, free parking for guests, free breakfast, coffee and hot cocoa available 24/7, just so many great things including a fitness room! Definitely will be staying again.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The customer service when we arrived was alright. Our first night we turned on the tun water and it was brown and cleared up but was brown every time we turned it on. Then during our stay we saw a bed bug in our room and went up to the front desk and told them about it, they not only didn't seem surprised about us finding bed bugs, didn't apologize or show any kind of remorse for the fact we had bugs in our room. We said we were absolutely not continuing to stay there and they said "that's understandable". The front desk refunded at least the rest of our stay but told us we had to contact management ourselves to get our stay refunded. Mind you, this is over Valentines Day weekend and we're from out of state so we had to panic find another place to stay last minute and also have all our belongings bed bug treated. We've been trying to contact the manager every day since and have had 0 response from them. Do not stay here. This was the worst possible hotel experience we've ever had.

Not a bad Hotel clean , little bit dated in furnishings. Friendly staff , location is pretty good , good pool and hot tub . There is plenty of choice of restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast covers basic range of food but still good enough to get you through to lunch. Free parking which is great with plenty of parking spots . Have a laundry on level 2 if you need to wash cloths . 20 minute drive to Disneyland . No problems with wifi good coverage.

Good value for your money. Bigger tv would have been better. Breakfast was nice even though no hot food. Had nice sitting areas for breakfast. Good location,
Close to fedex and lot of fast food restaurants nearby like Shakeys, chipotle, chic filet, and habit burger. Would return. Parking was free and near. Not like other hotels charge extra per day and far. At first u get little disappointed bc of tv size and furnishings, the more u stay u begin to like ur stay. No noise from next room like lot of hotels have thin walls. Building itself is tall and solid.
Quiet, clean, and nice staffs. No bell desk, nor hot breakfast, and little outdated can add to affordable pricing. If everything was available price couldn't be this affordable. Stop complaining. Very good management. They cut costs and customers pay less.

The beds were very comfortable and we weren't bothered by any noise from neighbors beside or above us. The room was very quiet. |The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity or circumstances arise.

This was the perfect spot for my Disneyland visit. Close to the park, good parking and an excellent cup of coffee in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the fridge in the room with the microwave was perfect for after the park relaxation/oat sodas and some basic I'm hungry snacks, hot pockets and a frozen meal as groceries are very close AKA target. The staff was on top of everything and the security is outstanding due to the location. For the price, location, comfort and service I don't know why you would stay anywhere else unless you just had money to burn
