The front staff was prepared for our arrival and remembered us and our special needs. The were great. The breakfast staff is friendly and quick to refill breakfast items as people cleaned them out. The breakfast area was well kept and clean. The special needs rooms are always clean and easy to get around. Thanks to all them our stay was great.

Excellent stay all round, very clean plus a decent breakfast. It was close to where I needed to be. I will stay here again. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was furnished to a good standard. I had a room at the back which was pretty quiet and peaceful. Every aspect of the hotel was very clean. Thank you

Great place right across the street from Lynnwood station. it's a great place for the weekend with the kids. You can walk to Fred Meyer, Red Lobster or Denny's, and there's a bus that takes you to the mall. The room was pretty and clean. The sundries station as a bit pricey. A burrito was $8, but the breakfast was really good.

A good place for those who want to leave Seattle by train and walk to their room and enjoy themselves.

Overall, the hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Clean room, comfortable bed and a clean/functional bathroom. The breakfast had some solid options, also (eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, oatmeal and various breads, cereals). It's a "no frills" hotel, but what is there is clean and functional and the people we interacted with were all very polite and helpful. We will definitely stay here when visiting in the future.

This is such a wonderful hotel. Excellent staff and top notch customer service. The breakfast is amazing, the pool area is beautiful and plenty of parking. They also just installed a tram that will take you to the airport right out front! Extremely quiet rooms and perfect location.

Vanessa at front desk was extremely friendly courteous and accommodating. She was exceptionally helpful in terms of tourist spots and attractions in Seattle. All of the stafc should be highly commended for their dedication and exceptional service. Its staff that makes a difference in the success of the hotel industry

Very spacious and clean rooms. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent location, washroom was very clean. Check in and check out process was seamless. Ample parking ||The only complaint I had is that we had a connecting room and the wall in-between was very thin you could hear the other side conversations.

The room was decent, however, we arrived late due to flight delay and we had to wait outside for 10 minutes in the cold while someone came to open the exterior door of the hotel. Check in was fairly quick got to our room as described. In the morning was very nice waffles sausage toast, yogurt, fruit, the usual. However, check out was not good. I was charged $100 for the room for incidentals which is normally a hold and then release however this was actually processed and I had to wait 10 days to receive my money back only to find out that I got less back than I deposited due to the exchange rate and the fees that the credit card company charges , this hotel does not charge the normal hold and release. They actually physically charge you. So beware. After speaking with the manager, he indicates that they are going back to the old way the normal way with the hold. But that doesn’t do us any good since our stay is over . Overall, I would recommend the hotel just beware of the charges.
