For a facility that is supposedly 100% smoke free, the room smelled surprisingly strongly of cigarette smoke. As soon as we touched them, the blinds broke. Both couches were horribly stained. The plaster on the walls has been inexpertly patched in several places. Several of the outlets didn't work. Every time someone in the bed moved, it made a horrible banging sound. Every time I flushed the toilet, I was convinced it wasn't going to complete the flush. The shower leaked. Somehow there was no cold water in the sink. Technically the bathroom has a double sink vanity, but to use the right sink, you have to stand in the toilet. The door to the bathroom didn't close. The door to the hallway was set so poorly that I could see into the hall from the room. The security door on the side of the building said it required a key 24 hours, but it just pulled open. The dog kennel behind the hotel waking me up at 5:30 isn't really the hotel's fault, but it was also part of the experience. Maybe I should have stayed at the dog kennel, it looked like they had better accommodations. If I were Wyndham, I would be embarrassed to have this hotel associated with my name.

Facility needs serious upkeep, couch in room had MULTIPLE stains on seat, bed was awful, bed sounded like tin popping when you rolled over, gap in the door letting light in, found a live devil roach in the bathroom during the night and their continental breakfast was a joke, the orange juice looked and tasted watered down, apple juice was good. They did offer waffles and bagels. Ceiling cracks in the breakfast area.
I was totally shocked that this was actually a LA Quinta, as I had always heard how nice and clean they were. NASTY!

4 Lovely comfy pillows, great very comfortable bed.friendly front desk staff. the hotel had been refreshed since my last vist.new decor and carpets . Coffee was good.in room fridge abd microwave worked.the towels were large abd fluffy. They had Dove soap.

My husband was here to meet with his daughter who had not seen each other for 46 years. They had no problem with the news crew filming in the lobby. With all the destruction going on, it is nice to see a feel good story.

I’ve never seen a room so dirty. Stains all over the bedspreads, couch. Mattress was flipped over, don’t know why but I didn’t want to look. The bathroom was not clean, the tub was very stained and floors were not clean. The microwave had something in it left from a previous guest. The TV did not work. Pool was closed for maintenance. The reason we picked this place was they allowed pets. They did give us our money back after offering another room which did not look any better. This place should be closed until repairs or updating are done.

The reviews on 3rd party sights for this hotel are bogus. The staff was super friendly, especially front desk, but my room had water damage, thick dust in the vents, and mold/mildew on the ceilings. Some of the lights would not come on and the linoleum covered floors were hiding dips in the under-flooring. The towels were dingy and the site says breakfast, but it’s EXTREME continental. The hallway smells like old smoke and dampness. I’m sorry, but this should not have been listed as “good”.

Just don't. Look at a different hotel

Upon arrival, we were welcomed at the front door with their several staff smoking in the entranceway to the front door. Once inside, you would never have guessed it's a non-smoking facility as advertised because it smelled like a Vegas casino. The halls were dirty. Took my child 5 minutes in our room to find a cup of cigarette butts. The room wasn't vacuumed, the bathroom toilet was so old and warn it looked soiled, door handles were broken, AC cover was broken, carpet was sticky, they didn't have an extra blanket I asked for, huge water damaged ceiling spot, and a just warn out and gross room.

On our way out, we passed a guest in the hall who blew out a cloud of vape smoke my children and I had to walk through to check out. Worst stay ever.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The breakfast was pitiful. Waffles was just about the only thing. The bed was on a metal platform & creaked loudly every time you rolled over. The room was clean but was not very well cared for. We couldn?t get online- either one of us. No one would help
