Good sized room, especially for the price. Clean, all the lights worked and so did the a/c. I know that seems like the standard, but sadly, for most places I have been it is not. Quick check in and check out process with nice and polite staff. Anyway, good price, had what I needed. ||||The only thing that I would have any complaint about is that the pillows are pretty stiff, did not do my neck any favors. But if I stayed again I would just bring my own, no big deal.

The hotel reeked of pet oder smells. The shower walls had black grease all over them, hair all in the tub, and water shut off in the middle of usage.. Sheets and covers had stains on them. The beds were a metal base frame that squeaked horribly. There was a sign that room service would come daily, but i had to eventually ask the front desk for them to come. They came one time out of a week stay and emptied the trash and left 2 towels and 1 wash rag… did not wipe anything down. Toilet seat was broken. Definitely think they need some upgrading and cleaning…

The room smelled of dog piss! When we arrived there was a person complaining. The toilet seat in the room was about to fall off which made us concerned that the room wasn’t clean. Dirty finger marks everywhere and the spread had stains. He could have put us in another room but after us another couple complained so we just dealt with it. I was afraid to walk on the nasty floor! I don’t know who gave this hotel good reviews because it is a 1 star hotel at best . I wish I would have taken a picture of the toilet seat falling off that we had to ask for a Phillips head to fix. This place is disgusting. The shower wall was cracked too

Air condition stopped working in middle of the night 3 am.
Sleepless night, uncomfortable stay, sweating, suffocation.
After multiple plug in, plug out it started at 7 in the morning by making a loud irritating noise. Could not sleep even after it started because of the noise.
Even the bathroom exhaust fan made irritating noise.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. HEALTH WILL BE EFFECTED.....THERE ARE BETTER HOTEL NEARBY FOR A COMFORTABLE STAY.

In my honest opinion, the stay was a good value. Our room was nice, clean and spacious.I believe some upgrades to a couple of items in the room such as the computer chair and the microwave would be nice. But I was completely satisfied with my experience, the price of the room and the location. It was quiet and a short drive or walk from anything and everything I needed or wanted during my trip. Less than 5 minutes away from a Walmart, Dreamland BBQ, The Summit and other popular destinations in this area of Birmingham. I would definitely stay again.

The room was really clean and staff was very friendly. Nice little hotel at a great price. I was bummed when I went down for breakfast at 9:30 and nothing was left but that's my fault. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

I feel like the room has never been cleaned. The shower was dirty with black grease on the wall and there was hair all in the tub. Which given the price I didn’t expect much. But I hoped they would at least wash the bedsheets but there is no way they could’ve considered the blood on the sheets and the same black hair in the shower was on one of the pillows. We definitely will not be back. At one point throughout the night someone had gone through and banged on every single door.

The hotel was nicely updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very enjoyable. Parking and location were very accessible. Many local restaurants and shopping conveniently located around the hotel Would stay here again the next time we are in town.
