Great place to eat. My wife and I went to La Poblana for our anniversary last month. I ordered the burrito mojado de chile Colorado (bomb), and my wife got pozole. Both were very good, and definitely filling, you never leave hungry lol. Do I recommend this place. Yes, absolutely. 😋

I haven't been here is a few years and I decided to have the menudo. I said no hominy and extra tripe. I left hungry and went to the store to make my own food. For the same price I ate eight meals without ending up hungry.

This is our go to place! We currently don’t live in SoCal anymore, but every time we come home to visit this is our first place to go. The food is beyond authentic, just like how your nana would make it! The tortillas handmade and fresh to order! I always get the verde chilaquiles and my husband gets the milpero, delicious!!! Everyone that works here is beyond attentive and so so so nice! Irma, the manager is beyond awesome!! And the cafe de olla…CHEF’S KISS!!!! The best!!!! Everything here just gives you a taste of home!

I went the other day to try to place out. I've heard good things about it. My server was Sammie, she was a very kind, and sweet. Exactly service...the food was great, homemade tortillas and fresh made queso fresco amazing but her Service was top notch.. I'm gonna b a returning customer just because how Amazing the services was..thanks Sammie.

Came for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised. Being on a plant based diet I was able to get a soup, chilaquiles, hand made tortillas, frijoles de la hoya (not refriega, those have lard, I asked). Price was fair, I will return very soon.

Been coming here for six years since I moved to the area, it was always a local favorite until recently. Not sure what has happened but the last few times the food has been cold and wrong. The service has suffered the most. We have to ask for napkins and utensils, we have to walk to the counter to ask for more coffee or beverage refills, once food was served we never saw the server again and we always have to ask for the bill, it's been inconsistent like this for a while too. It's no longer on our list of local places to eat because it's consistently not good anymore. It doesn't seem to matter the crowd size either thats the part I don't understand. What a shame.
