I booked a private tour with LA Beer Hop for my birthday and they were amazing! I had so many questions about the set up in advance and Cindy was extremely patient, helpful, and responsive (around a holiday too)! Their location recommendations were excellent, the tour allowed for the perfect amount of time and beer, and being picked up and dropped off right at my door was so convenient. Peter, our guide, was the absolute nicest and knew all the beers (again, great recommendations). He was even so thorough as to check the van after we piled out and sure enough found an earring - our beer hero! I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a chill, no-hassle, and super-fun event.

Cindy was our tour driver (and co-owner of the company) and she was fantastic! I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with LA Beer Hop. We booked a private tour for 10 people and it was all very easy: prices were clear and they responded right away with availability and options. The day of our tasting, it was pouring rain so Cindy adjusted our itinerary to avoid a mostly-outdoor brewery, keeping us dry. At each location she told us exactly what to expect (the most important part- how to get our beer!) and made everything very easy. The bus was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We had a super-fun time and I would absolutely book another private tour (or join a public tour) with LA Beer Hop again. Thank you so much!

I've gone on two beer hop tours with Cindy (pre-COVID) and recently participated in virtual beer school with both Hal and Cindy. Every experience I've had with them has been so much fun. Both are very easygoing and knowledgeable, and I've learned so much about beer thanks to their expertise. Celebrated my birthday with close friends and a great combination of breweries in SoCal. Hal was a great guide in teaching my party why I love craft beer. We did a private tour with LA Beer Hop with our leader Matt. We had the BEST time!! There was 13 of us... ranging in ages and beer tastes! Matt was able to guide us at some of the places to choose beers that would appease most pallets. We were a loud group who blasted music on the bus and Matt was totally not phased! They picked us up on time and dropped us off 4 hours later. I got texts from everybody the next day about how much fun they had! Highly recommend to locals and tourists!

I celebrated my 30th birthday with a private beer hop in the South Bay. My friends and I had a great time, and Hal was very accommodating! Prior to the day of the tour, I told Hal that I had already been to one of the breweries that was on our schedule and I asked if we could go elsewhere - Hal had no problem with making a change to the list of breweries we were visiting. The tour itself went smoothly, and Hal was informative and friendly. I'd definitely recommend the tour to anyone (though I'd advise sticking with the 6-9 person van and not booking the 10-15 person van if your headcount is somewhere in between, as people are bound to flake and there are cancellation fees per person if you book the bigger bus but have fewer than 10 people to fill it).

The chaperone/driver, looking at you Mitch!, is friendly and knowledgeable!

It's the perfect way to see LA and drink beer! Can't recommend it enough!
