Greeted by a delightful young man as soon as I entered the shop.
He was very personable and informative. The shop is in immaculate condition as far as cleanliness. He wanted me to be sure that customers know there are 3 new choices of "milk / non-milk" add-ins. My boss wanted the Thai Tea with milk and Boba which she loves so that was our purchase. In and out quickly as he is efficient. I have nothing but good things to say about this business! Thank you so much Kung Fu Tea! Will return often!
-UPDATE-(3 months later) We have continued to visit this establishment about once a week and every order is still mixed to perfection. Green teas, aloe Boba, taro smoothies and more...We will keep coming back!

I used to love coming here weekly for my boba tea as it is delicious. However, after my most recent visit which was about a week ago, the young gentleman with very bad acne who took my order was not friendly or helpful at all. Maybe because he was busy talking to his co-worker about some internet issue they were having? No, "Welcome", or "Hi there!" or "How can I help you?" No greeeting whatsoever! In fact, he seemed very annoyed when I changed my mind from having it blended to just over ice. He had such a terrible, arrogant attitude, I actually thought he was most likely the son of the owner. Because you only act like that if you have no fear of being fired. That said, I doubt I'll be coming back. It's bad enough that their smaller sized drinks are almost $8.00 total. That's more expensive than my regular drink at Starbucks! With those prices, they should be more customer service oriented, friendlier, and have less attitude. Maybe that's why there were only 2 other customers inside the store sitting down. You're not that busy to be so rude. I'm sorry I don't fit the criteria of the majority of your customers who are much younger than myself. My money is just as green.

10/10 i absolutely love this place, I go all the time and love their creative seasonal drinks! The atmosphere is so nice in there aswell, they have regular seating as long as traditional japanese seating!

It was my first time. Very bad customer service . When I went there there was no greeting or smiling. When I said hello the cashier was not even replying. She kept a straight face. I felt insulted. Still I gave her a tip. But I regret that now. Will never go there again. I don’t wanna see their attitude at my own expense .

I first spotted Kung Fu Tea after dining on sushi in the same mini mall. So I went in and saw they had a matcha red bean slush. I'm embarrassed to say that every time I've gone in there, I've ordered the matcha red bean slush. Dang it, I keep saying to myself that I'll try some of their other drinks - there are MANY. But I have found no other tea shop that serves the red beans which I dearly love.

I drink alot. But today recommend Pomelo Tea
I recommend the slush for a good cool down. But it's absolutely delicious. They have games like Jenga to play if you want to stay and hang out.
