The only reason I didn’t post 1 star is because the lady behind the window was very professional the fries where soaked in grease my Krystal’s where so over cooked the bread turned hard and my drink had no flavor at all coke tasted like straight water. Not worth the wait or price at all

Yikes, the facility is in dire need of serious cleaning. The restrooms were especially nasty with no toilet paper. Even more surprising was that a small grease fire broke out and the manager was ill equipped to handle it. Staff had no idea of how to shut off the fryers, a very scary moment.

I retreated to my vehicle to consume my purchase. The burgers were rubbery and tater tots soggy, and saturated with shredded cheese that appeared not to want to melt. The chili was devoid of any real taste, just a greasy goo of a meat sauce. The counter staff however was friendly and did their best to keep the patrons calm while looking for a solution to the mini grease fire.

Krystal, get your people trained on emergency protocols and procedures. This could've been a seriously bad situation.

The other day I was in Columbus, Ohio, and had White Castle, and today I had Krystals and this restaurant was putting them out fresh, and they taste so much better than white castles, and their chicken sliders were way better!

I have been eating at Krystal for over 40 years. And this is the worst food I have ever gotten.
I waited for my food for a little while. I was given a pie for my wait. Not bad. The fries were cold and limp. The burgers were thrown together. Pickles and onions were in the box not on sandwich. And now I find a hair. What has happened to Krystal? Just a complete disappointment.

Why did y'all's workers tell my son that only 6 Krystals come in a sack full? That would make them cost more then regular price each. I paid for 2 sack fulls on the app for $24, 12/$12

Grossest burger I ever tasted, meat is about ⅛ of an inch thin, gray, looked like it was soaked in some kind of juice, got 2 for $5.99, took 1 bite, spit it out, threw the rest away, Awful!!
