What an awesome place!

After a grueling three week trip, this was the perfect way to end our adventure.

Pure Alaskan hospitality at its finest. Nice, clean place with an attached restaurant and general store. Lovely people.

Will definitely come back next time. We are in Ambler!

Perfect place to hop off the river to. Cozy accommodations with everything you’d need: shower, laundry, provided meals, a clean room, WiFi, and a restaurant + general store downstairs.

The owner, Loren, is incredibly inviting and helpful. After a 3 week backcountry trip ending along the river he helped us get sorted and settled.

The food provided with the lodging is excellent and ample.

There is nothing better than getting off of the river and having a nice Burger. The place can get busy sometimes but that is ok. Love this place and wish there was one in every village on the kobuk.
