This is the best coffee shop in town and it’s won that award 2 years in a row for a reason. The best staff, consistent coffee’s, lots of regulars and they remember you and your drinks! These girls are awesome and so is the owner!! ❤️

Went there for the first time today on our way through town! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The gentleman helped me pick out an iced coffee because I didn’t know what I wanted and it was one of the best iced coffees I’ve had. It was sugar free white chocolate and salted caramel!! Not something I would have picked myself, but it was amazing.
We will definitely make this a stop anytime we come through. 🙂

Got the Wander Fuel w/ white chocolate, cinnamon and honey and it was perfectly balanced and delicious the whole way down! Not cloyingly sweet where you get sick of it halfway through. The workers there are so kind and make great recommendations! Will be back again soon!

I wish there was a Knots + Grounds on every corner in Tri-Cities. They have the friendliest staff & I’m always greeted with such kindness at the drive-thru. I’m a chai guy & they always craft the best drinks! I don’t live anyway near their location which is a testament to their quality & service 🤎 HUGE shoutout to the owner & staff for creating an experience for their customers!!

I've been to Knots & Grounds five times, and every time in I get something new off their drink menu. Anything with espresso is recommended because you can really taste the quality of the beans through even the sugariest of drinks. A few days ago I decided to try Flight Friday (pictured) and that was a really fun experience! I've never had a caffeine flight before, and I'm happy I tried it.

There is a pretty decent size space inside with couches, cozy chairs, fish tanks, and lots of plants. It's been a pretty relaxing spot to read a book and just be alone for a minute. This place is definitely a new favorite coffee spot!

My new favorite coffee shoppe ! Great coffee ! Wonderful employees 👏 loved the energy. Best hidden secret coffee place in Tricities 🥰🥰🥰 will being seeing them every time. I go to Tricities. Love this place. The owner is really great too!
