The Knights is and always will be what it's always been- the go to place for wedding receptions and elimination dinners. The unisex bathroom lock was tricky. We went for an elimination dinner and it was catered. Apparently they no longer cook on-site. That doesn't bother me none. This particular caterer was SayBoys, a local eatery well established in our community. I enjoy their food, so I welcomed it. Although, their attempt of hiding a bowl of iceberg lettuce with wilted greens on top, was a little unexpected.

We met for a catered meal after a funeral, the room was large, clean and he'd your choice of ceiling lights! Also has a public address system & complete kitchen. Also the room was filled with round tables & the caterer must have known to bring round table cloths! Just over 100 people attended. It was great experience.
