I was looking for an all-inclusive vacation at a resort in about 3 months' time for my mom's birthday/Mother's Day. I sent the same email out to about 6-7 other travel agencies on Thumbtack requesting assistance with the surprise trip. I had a handful of non-negotiables and a few very vague items.

Kiana was the first to call and did so within 20 minutes. Fastest response time, by far. She took control of the conversation and did not give an opportunity for me to call her back. She did this all without being pushy or over-bearing. The entire conversation was natural and once I provided her with a bit more information and she completely understood what I was looking for, she sent proposals to my email/thumbtack messaging for me to review. I ended up choosing the one she said that I would love and then booked everything after the pricing and payments were explained. Everything was booked, confirmed, and sent to me within the 4 hours since our very first conversation.

Kiana was responsive, communicative, and retained the information that was provided. I have already shared her information to people I know who are in the market for a trip. I have ranted and raved, and it is well deserved. 10/10 would recommend K&L Travel and Tours and Kiana herself.
