Great location for HM trails.
Rooms are as expected as we have stayed there previously, basically 3 bunk rooms.

The owner was very nice and the cottage had plenty of room and everything we needed. It was close to the trails and had plenty of parking. Will use again!

Excellent experience! Cabin 2 is spacious and charming. Not new so don’t expect the ritz Carlton but man it has lots of bedrooms and everything you need to cook meals. Washer and dryer. Wash the quads. A/C is ice cold and the management is very easy to deal with. Beside myself really. Will be back here again!!!

Cottage 1 in Kimball is a great place! Central to 4 trail systems, fast internet, hot shower, good parking, reasonable prices. Owners are friendly and up to date with tech to make payment/booking easier too. What's not to like? Definitely recommended!

Just spent a week in cottage 1. Place was clean and very well furnished. Plenty of pots, pans, and linens. A very good location to the trail systems. The owners are very nice people and we will be going back. Very pleased!!
