The staff was nice, and it ends there. The floors were very sticky. The bathroom had no places to hang any towels. The full kitchen was stocked with nothing, I mean nothing. It felt like this is a halfway house and they can't trust there patrons with anything. Animal hair all over the floor. I think the staff/owners are trying to remodel/upgrade. Basic hotel amenities, like tissues, towel hangers, and toilet paper holder are easy upgrades that don't exist.

ESPECIALLY if you book through a third-party booking site (booking.com, tripadvisor, CapitalOne Travel, etc).

We stayed in December 2024, but it has taken me this long to write a review because I have had to go back and forth with my credit card company (it rhymes with Crapital Ton Unravel) to get a refund for 7 of the 8 nights we booked to stay at Kennewick Inn and Suites. (news flash - it wasn't successful) We ended up having to check out after only one night because of the following reasons:

There is absolutely NO cookware, dishes, and silverware in the "kitchen". We came from abroad and plum forgot to pack all of our kitchenware (go figure!) so our idea to cook and eat-in using the kitchen was out the window.

Speaking of out the window and directly across the street (as close to property line as possible) a man was playing an electric guitar WITH an amplifier on full volume pointed at the hotel from when we arrived (around 9pm) until we finally passed out from exhaustion (about midnight) We do not know when he actually stopped "playing" his guitar. I kid you not. Now I do like me a good guitar solo, but this wasn't it. He sucked and no one could escape that reality. When we asked the receptionist about the "entertainment", she said he was there most nights and they could not do anything about it because he wasn't actually on their property.

Again, if you do actually book this place, which I hope to God you do not, you will also want to bring all of your cleaning supplies as the room will NOT be clean. There was crusty old food stuck to kitchen floor collecting next to the baseboards. Lucky us, we had a bonus feature in our room: part of the floor next to one of the beds was squishy. Yes, foot sinking into the floor squishy with water coming up from underneath...

Oh! And bring your own toilet paper! I went to use the bathroom shortly after we arrived and there was absolutely no toilet paper. I had to send my husband out to find the receptionist (who was hiding in the staff laundry room to get away from Guitar Hero across the street). She gave him A roll. One. Roll. Of. Toilet. Paper. (even though we were booked for an entire week)

So, if you do risk your health and sanity by staying here, book direct. DO NOT book using a third-party booking company. (I know I mentioned this above, but I absolutely can not stress enough how important this is.)
When you inevitably check out ahead of your scheduled check out time (once you experience this establishment, you will understand) the management will not give you a refund if you booked through a third-party booking company (*cough-cough* Crapital Ton Unravel).
They probably won't give you a refund anyway, but that's besides the point.

The management will tell you to talk to your third-party booking company to get a refund. Your third-party booking company will then try to get in contact with the hotel management on your behalf but will never get a response. After numerous phone calls to said third-party booking company you will NOT get your money back despite the fact that you did not stay 7 of the 8 nights you booked because the Kennewick Inn and Suites is a gross, loud, and poorly run establishment.

DO NOT STAY HERE! You've been warned.

If I could give it zero Stars I would mainly due to the morning staff possible manager and lady that work in the morning with him.

To make a long story short staying at the Kennewick inn was a nightmare the first evening I checked in with the lady named Abby and she was wonderful fast professional friendly the next morning I checked in with some guy that was very rude I think he's the manager I asked him if I could get six more nights and get a weekly rate he argue with me about it finally said he would but then the rates weren't reflective of a deal.

After the second night my wife joined me and she got kicked out because she looked "high" allegedly. when I went down to question them even though I was respectful I was asked to leave too and I was told I would not be getting any money back and I have yet to receive my deposit I was charged nearly 800 I believe in total and now it appears there is no record I was there.

It seems pretty obvious to me what's going on but I will add a disclaimer that I do not have absolute proof I only have years of being a human and having eyes and ears and having a good sense when I meet someone if they are a dirtbag or not.

So..... these clowns size u up and if they think they can get away with it they're going to remove you pocket it and then have somebody else rent that room at least it's obvious to me......

As I can't give zero stars i have been forced to give it 1. There deposit is 3x the nightly rate, there website says wheelchair accessible rooms however all 3 levels have stairs leading to them with no elevator. Unless you're in a wheelchair and go down atleast 3 or 4 steps you can not get to a room. None of there rooms are accessible from ground floor. Their parking lots is dirty and has not so kind people handing out in groups in the parking lot. Front desk staff refused to give refund when my disabled grandfather couldn't access a room due to no wheelchair access. Management is ran poorly, they held my money even though we could not stay at the hotel due to ada compliance issues.

I booked as everything I had tried up to then was fully booked, I got there and the rooms door would push in partially without the key card being swiped, there was no additional lock on the inside, the cupboard doors were all removed, the carpet was shredded in multiple places, and the room w smelled like old cigarettes and dog. I didn't feel safe at all, went to the front desk and checked out with only being there long enough to find a different hotel. They told me I was checked out, but proceeded to charge me for 3 nights, now they either don't answer or say the Manger will call me back, this has been going on for 3 days at this point.
Edit- once I was able to contact the manager who was able to do a refund they were quick to perform the refund and professional in handling the issue.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Room was filthy along with towels no phone in room to call front desk and no one available at front desk to voice concerns I was locked out of my room along with other customers and we had to find a security guard to help us never again !

They have excellent full kitchens.
It does get pretty loud at night on weekends.

Unsafe, unsanitary, and overpriced!
After checking in and getting to our room, we realized there was no stove but the only other room the had only had one bed but no cots or cribs so we wouldn’t fit. Settled for no stove since we were in a bind (camper had lost a wheel, tired kids, bags already unloaded) but then realized the room was extremely unfit for staying in (door didn’t lock, no comforters, leaking toilet, exposed screws, no tables or chairs, unfinished construction, wet mud, no trash cans, rusty tub w no plug for baths). Brought it to the attention of management but they didn’t seem to care. Seems this is their usual lack of concern for safety and sanitation as the pool was also closed bc it didn’t pass code regulations.
