Glad I stopped by for a pair of fishing glasses. Dave went above and beyond. So helpful. He has a customer for life. Full service tackle shop, some of the best hand tied flies I have seen. Cabins, guide services. Was able to process my Salmon so I could keep fishing. Thanks for making my trip memorable. Friendly professional staff. Good people!

We fished with Kenai Cache for 3 days. Julie was super helpful booking the trip. Dave made sure all our fish were processed. Pat made the days on the water incredible. He put us in the best spots to catch lots of Salmon and Dolly Varden and Rainbows too. His long-time knowledge of the river and people skills helped us catch more fish. This is my 2nd trip using Kenai Cache. They were both spectacular. Great guides/boatman make the difference. Thank you Julie, Dave, and especially our guide Pat for making this family trip a great Alaskan adventure! See you next time for sure!

Julie? was kind, reasonable, and fair upon receiving the fish, waited a bit but not that long. Dingleberry Dave? is lucky to not be picking his teeth out of the gravel. May swing by there again when I don't have kids with me...he's gonna need a denture maker and a plastic surgeon with his dumb mouth. Pickup involved a 10 minute wait the next day and then Dingledave asking for a paper ticket (of what I was showing him on my phone (it's 2024). "What's your name, I'll be glad to get it" was the appropriate response. If Special Dave has Special Needs, somebody please tell me. He really dodged a knuckle sandwich all while blaming Julie. There's a place down the road that does it. Being that we fileted everything, WTH are these scraps or whose fish is this?

A friend from Alaska recommended us to book here. Blake did a great job, he asked us what we were expecting and we told him that we just wanted to have fun. If you read this, come to Utah and we'll try to return the favor and get you some fish!

We understand what fishing is, some days you catch a lot and some times you're not that lucky. You can't control nature but you can learn from your guide, respect him, and have some fun enjoying being outside on the water.

Overall, the Kenai is just SO beautiful, we got a cloudy start but that wasn't a big deal considering that it was supposed to rain, it cleared out after all. Going back home with a great experience and salmon for dinner!

This outfit runs a good solid, fun trip to catch salmon. I was a real beginner and they put me with Chris a really friendly and helpful and enthusiastic teacher. He will give me the time and technique to catch fish. He worked real hard during the whole day to make sure everybody on the trip was successful. The company provides great gear and loads of flys. Chris fillets the fish riverside and personally packs out the catch. He must’ve been carrying 70 pounds on his pack crazy They process the fish, vacuum package it and for what it’s worth they’re all pretty knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great first day fishing.

We did a Sockeye Salmon trip with the Kenai Cache. Our group was led by the very capable guides Chris and Bradley. Both are skilled fishermen and excellent coaches. Our group had never fished for Sockeye before, and our guides put us on the fish and taught us the techniques to catch and land them. They are outstanding guides who worked hard to make sure we had a great day and are just nice guys to spend a day with. If you are considering a fishing trip in the area, I strongly recommend Kenai Cache.

Colin and staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the Kenai River and surrounding waters. Great fly shop with all necessary equipment for the trip. Always a top notch experience fishing with the cache.
