Mahalo to Kava’s which has a Hawaiian twist to breakfast. The menu had a plentiful list of choices to choose from. I ordered the Reindeer Sausage Breakfast Platter. It was delectable. They fried the Hash the way I like it. Extra Crispy. The eggs complimented the flavors of the sausage quite perfectly. We had a party of 20 and they were able to accommodate quite effortlessly. They also serve lunch and dinner. So whether you’re an early bird or looking for a pleasant meal for lunch or dinner coast by Kava’s and enjoy an establishment with Hawaiian style meals that entertains your tastebuds.

Going out to eat at 8pm, I usually expect tired and annoyed workers and sub par food. Not the case at Kava’s. The servers were absolutely lovely. The food portion was great, price point was great. Perfectly crispy bacon. My dinner partner said they had the best French toast of their life! Thank you guys, I will definitely be back! 💕

A great breakfast option on the east side of town! It has become our go-to any time we are over there, and we are always satisfied! Today for our group of four we had two loco moco, one order of the crepes, and the chorizo and carnita breakfast fried rice with over easy eggs. We all left with full bellies and satisfied smiles! Large portions of classic Hawaiian comfort food! Ono Grinds for sure, so thankful these folks are doing it up right!

Besides Hula Hands, Kava’s has been one of my favorite spots that serves Pacific-Islander foods. I ALWAYS get their amazing Loco Moco. My friends had the corned beef hash, spam, sausage, and eggs. Our waitress was super nice and very accommodating. If you’re looking for good food at a good price this is your spot!

Dined here on our way to the airport from Wasilla. I’d say for the price the breakfast fried rice had more quantity than the pancakes we ordered. So definitely keep that in mind.

Excellent service, and the food is exactly what we hoped it would be. The portions are large! The rain deer omelet was delicious. The French toast is soft and full of flavor. If you are in the area, Kava’s is worth the stop for some tasty belly-filling breakfast!

I was disappointed when i pointed out that the bottom half of the meat after eating most of it was raw. There answer was, because you ate half of it, we can’t do anything about it but it’s dark meat it’s suppose to look like that. Please tell me if I’m blind or crazy. Lost my appetite and wanted to leave. I used to love this place but I always avoided Muldoon area because of how they make the food, the one by northway mall made me come back for more.
