Thank you Kaspars for catering our wedding at JM Cellars, where they are one of the few preferred vendors allowed.

We worked with Sarah, who was fantastic and fun! She is very responsive and quickly answered all of our many (many) questions along the way. She did a great job helping us curate a menu that fit what we wanted. Kaspars has a fantastic working relationship with our venue and our planners, and have a great reputation among the greater seattle wedding vendors. They also provided us with bartending services and cocktails: espresso martinis and margaritas which were a huge hit with our guests.

As a vegetarian marrying a meat-eater, we wanted options that everyone would enjoy and Kaspars had BY FAR the best and largest vegetarian selection of any caterer we reached out to! We were able to put together a menu to satisfy everyone, and the food and service was top notch. We received so many compliments on the meal!

Kaspars did an amazing job catering our wedding. From the get-go, they were responsive to emails and answered all of our questions even before we'd decided to book them.

On our wedding day, not only was the food excellent, but the service was fantastic. They were extremely attentive to me and my now-husband and to my guests. They knew their stuff, like suggesting that for our cake cutting, we cut the cake beforehand and then do a faux cut for pictures. This is something that would never have occurred to us.

They even went so far as to make sure my little nephew's chicken entree was cut up and had the sauce on the side. My nephew told his dad that the chicken was way better than what his dad makes, a true compliment! They also made sure to send me and my husband home with lots of food so we could really sit down and enjoy it.

Overall, I would highly recommend Kaspars if you're looking for catering for your wedding!

I have trusted Kaspars for catered events countless times over the years, from a small post-funeral gathering at home to an elegant conference reception with 1000+ attendees, and everything in between. They are always perfect -- the food is delicious, creative and beautifully presented. The staff are friendly and professional, and the planning is helpful and responsive. I've also ordered take-out dinners during covid and for Thanksgiving, and have attended several wine-maker dinners at their Magnolia facility. Everything Kaspars does is top-notch. I couldn't recommend them more highly for any type of event.

Not only did Kaspars do an amazing job catering our wedding, our point person Lynn helped us navigate our very particular venue. She brought up things I had not thought of and I keep thinking about how much anxiety she saved me from by sharing all her expertise. Kaspar himself was cooking for us and the food was seasonal, delicious and beautifully presented. They were also accommodating to allergies and preferences. The staff was also a dream, they had assigned someone just to us as a couple all night and little touches like a beautiful plate of snacks and glasses of cold champagne just as we finished the ceremony and making a guest who was having a birthday on our wedding day feel celebrated too. From our tasting which they made feel so special that I teared up at it 😉 to their excellent communication, they got all the details right and we will continue to sing their praises to everyone we know and use them for any parties or events into the future! We ordered from the delivery/pickup menu, and Kaspar's made the entire process smooth and easy. All of the dishes were delicious, beautifully prepared and presented. Our guests went back for seconds and thirds. Delivery arrived right on schedule. All of the staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful.

Kaspars is absolutely incredible. They catered our marriage party (long-delayed COVID wedding celebration) and were responsive, helpful, and resourceful every step of the way. Throwing a 70-person party in our house was a daunting prospect, but Lynne came up with an ideal layout and approach. The food was delicious, every member of the staff was exceptional, and our lead Joe was super detail-oriented and even brought me plates of food when it was clear I wasn't going to be able to get around to all the stations myself. I have never thrown an event like this and having Lynne's guidance was absolutely crucial; she even did two site visits to make sure our setup would work well. Plus they were flexible with which components of the menu / supplies they provided vs. what we provided - and they boxed up all the leftovers for us too. I couldn't recommend Kaspars more highly!

We decided to go with Kaspars to cater our wedding and boy was that a good move. From beginning to end Kaspars provided world class service. Shannon was wonderful to work with and had excellent communication. Kaspars took all of our feedback into account during our tasting session and the food was perfect on the day of the wedding. The food was so good that multiple parties attending our wedding wanted Kaspars contact information to see if they could line up Kaspars to cater their events. The servers at the event were respectful and incredibly courteous. Billy and Raj went above and beyond during the wedding and we cannot thank them enough. 5/5 stars, if my wife and I ever host an event where we need a caterer in the future Kaspars will 100% be our go to.

Kaspars provided the food for our family members funeral. The food was amazing, the servers were so very nice and helpful and set everything up and broke everything down at the venue and left us will all the leftovers. Highly recommend them!!
