When I normally come to this coffee shop, it is a good experience. This time was different. Mind you, she is chewing while taking my order, which at first I was not thinking anything of it. But now, it shows how much she was not paying attention! I ordered an Iced Americano, with white mocha and cream. She gives me A HOT AMERICANO WITH MOCHA AND MILK ON THE SIDE!!!!!?! I don’t mind this drink hot, it happens, I drink it hot or iced. I thought the cream on the side was odd. But, when I go to drink it! I was upset. Today is Feb. 4, 2025 and I went there around 12:30/40ish today.

I should have corrected her then, yes. But she couldn’t have messed up my order worse! Mocha instead of white mocha. Hot. Not iced. And milk not cream. Cream is Half-and-half! I am at work now and can’t go back. Tell that lady to pay attention! The one working on the side that when the cars come up, they are facing the commissary and not the road! She didn’t pay attention at all!
