Wonderful service, everyone was really attentive. Fresh and quality food at a good price. I ordered a basic salmon roll and the quality of the fish was amazing, buttery, fresh, and they were so generous with the portions. Tempura udon was delicious, the tempura was fresh and crunchy.

They use real wasabi powder which we were really happy about, and the spicy miso ramen + gyoza lunch special was good as well! The gyoza seems to be made fresh and the broth of the ramen is rich. Ramen egg was good as well.

Ambience is clean and taken care of, bathrooms are stellar! My partner and I look forward to coming here again soon. 😋

The service is great! That's number one!
The food is always very good. The sushi is great! For the prices, the rolls are very filling- some other local spots have similar prices, similar rolls, but they're very small! We ordered an appetizer, drinks, and two rolls for two and we're stuffed. Would definitely order three rolls next time just to try more!
They currently have great drink specials, so an ice cold Sapporo and a bottle of hot sake is my go to.

The spicy rolls are my flavorite, so I'll definitely be getting that again but every roll I've had so far is great!

The green tea ice cream was a nice way to finish! Typically don't get dessert but we made some room!

This was my first time coming here, we had placed an order for pick up and the staff were very friendly! As we sat down waiting for our food, one of the staff offered us ice water as we waited. I honestly loved the service, how friendly everyone was and how quick the wait time was!

Location: Good, Parking: Decent, Service: Okay, Item liked from other similar restaurants: more Ramen per serving, Overall: This was a second try, and it was a bit different than the first time. Both times I ordered the Ramen and the slices of pork seemed thinner this time. The servers were okay, but they never checked on you or refilled your drinks unless you ask. I ordered hot tea and did not get any sugar or spoon, which I felt needs to be addressed. If you wish for a constant client base, take care of them... So because of their ramen, I will give them 3.9 stars...

We love Kaiba! Its clean the servers are awesome. Willy is a fantastic server. I think he's a mindreader he always knows what we need before we ask!😄 oh and the food... well i have never had a dish we didnt love. Try it you wont be disappointed

Very tasty and large portions, reasonable prices, and good service.

Very different from regular sushi restaurants that have smaller portions or not as tasty.

Here, one order (such as one sushi roll) really is a full meal.

Wide variety of menu items not usually seen at other sushi restaurants. Will definitely return often.

Been wanting to review this place, finally found some time to do so. This place needs a proper review so people know how awesome it is. IF YOU HAVE NOT TRIED THIS PLACE, TRY IT NOW! If you are into Japanese food, fresh sashimi, Ramen, Sushi Rolls, this is one of the best places to have it. I had tried the Monterey Park location, but was so happy that this place opened up nearby. I asked if they are part of the same Chain, and I was told yes, even some of the staff was brought over to get this place started. The Servers and manager were extremely nice and accommodating. Some of the new staff you can tell was new, but was really nice. One of the biggest pros that I can say about this place is the space! I always had to wait so long in Monterey Park, but there is a lot of seating here, even if you have a party of 8.

Food
So many good options, like I said the fish is fresh, and food is delicious. I would recommend the Sashimi Platter, so good with the REAL Wasabi. Heart attack are made with huge Jalepeno, and so much better then all you can eat sushi places. Hungry Man is one of our favorite rolls, and their grand opening special for beer and sake is the cherry on top.

Place again is big and clean, the parking lot has plenty of parking. Again wonderful experience, will be back next week!
