This place is awesome!!

I never noticed it until the Pandemic hit - from the name, I assumed it was a business you'd hire for a large event, and my parties are small and infrequent and I like to do my own cooking/BBQing, so I never had occasion to look any closer.

Ever since COVID hit though, I can't stop going back. As an Ashkenazi Jew, I especially find the Great Matzah Experiment (one of their "sub-menus") to be a godsend (pun intended haha). Where else in South Bay can you get decent Jewish food? I mean of course there' Oren's, but that's much more on the Sephardic/Mediterranian side of things. Their matzah-ball soup is at least as good as my mother's, and that's saying something.

Aside from the Matzah Experiment, they also have their own wood-smoker and their smoked ribs, pulled-pork etc. is amazing.

I for one am very glad this place is here 🙂
