I recently worked with Callie in the Sales department to coordinate meeting & hotel rooms across both hotels for a very high-needs group of people. Callie and the entire sales team were incredible from start to finish. Communication, customer service, hospitality and friendliness were nothing less than stellar. It was so refreshing to be in such good hands and not have to worry about anything going wrong during our multi-day event. Thank you again to Callie and the rest of the exceptional team at Jupiter!

My parents stayed at Jupiter Next for a handful of nights while my dad was very sick with late stage cancer. We were so grateful for the clean and comfortable accessible room, as well as how friendly and accommodating the front desk was. One of the best parts of the stay was the lovely outside deck areas we were able to wheel my dad out to for fresh air. This hotel is an excellent value and I would absolutely recommend you stay here.

Great central location. The team has been very helpful and they seem to always be a few steps ahead of you. Rooms were clean, unique, and had a frisky menu.

The event location was lovely. I was a speaker at the event, and I think the location made all the difference.

The bar has some bitching nacho’s.

I've stayed at Jupiter NEXT a few times over the course of a few years now. The place is just fantastic. Rooms are great and VERY clean. The staff are so accommodating and helpful. It's nestled in a nice little spot in town where everything you want is within reach (and the immediate surroundings are great too).

And don't get me started on the bar, Hey Love. Absolutely fantastic. Every cocktail is amazing, the food is incredible, and the vibe is amazing. It speaks volumes that the bar will pull a crowd on a weeknight.

Loved staying here! Quiet street nestled in between coffee shops, vintage stores and amazing restaurants. Super walkable to downtown and Hawthorne area. The hotel's Hey Love was a perfect space to ring in the New Year and a cool space to grab a drink. Would absolutely stay here again

Overall lovely stay in such a great city. Cool hotel with nice clean rooms and bath & body products . It was noisy but nothing earplugs couldn’t fix.i bought some while at new seasons. I’ve had other boutique hotels provide earplugs, maybe that can be a solution to all the noisy reviews. The only drawback and I could not figure out where it was coming from was the cigarette smoke smell was so strong & kept creeping into the room. We were on the third floor and on the corner …. So anyways, thanks again for a great stay.

The room was awfully loud due to high winds affecting the large tent outside. Parking was not included. Rooms have very basic accommodations. TV, bed, bathroom. No mini-fridge or microwave, or coffee maker in room, which seems to be standard everywhere else. Had to switch rooms due to construction-grade poly sheeting protecting exposed concrete immediately outside my room being blown by the wind louder than the large tent. The appearance of this made it feel rather sketchy. That with accompanying neighborhood completed the vibe with some rather nefarious looking clubs nearby. The room was also poorly insulated, and I could hear my neighbors for above and both adjacent rooms. The "new-old MCM" vibe was superceded by the fact that the rooms were redone with materials from the Home Depot or Lowes. At least it smelled and looked clean.
