When I experience outstanding customer service I like to let others know about it. My first online purchase with Jules Borel & Co. was excellent in several key ways. First, I placed an order and followed up with a special request to include a printed catalog with my order. My request was acknowledged within an hour of sending the email. A separate shipment of the catalog is on it’s way to me free of charge. Second, my initial order was shipped out the same day even though my order was placed in the afternoon. Finally, the items I ordered were unavailable elsewhere and sold at a very reasonable price. Jules Borel & Co. are FIVE STARS all around!

Purchased multiple items from them and they shipped the order very quickly. Everything was very well packed but UPS still manage to break a glass item. I contacted them about it and spoke with Kyle, and he shipped a replacement out to me immediately. Great customer service! Definitely will order from them again!

Over the years they have updated and improved their website. If I have trouble trying to find the item I need, I give them a phone call for additional help. They've always been pleasant on the phone.

They've been willing to walk back to their inventory storage to confirm the size or other concern I had about a critical item that was needed for a job.

They've always been responsive to our needs. Customer service is great and has consistently been that way for the years they have supplied our shop.

Their large catalog has been a helpful "quick reference" to offer details of their inventory.

I appreciate another family business doing their best to provide quality products and service for our horological community.

for the last 40 years has been the best watch Material Company in the United States however has been taken over by newer Generations who no longer are concerned with filling orders correctly or treating their customers like they matter and their new vice president Trent Gaddy calls customers and tells them not to bother placing orders anymore instead of making sure that those orders are filled correctly the first time. they are more concerned with their poor little employees feelings than they are with whether or not their customers are satisfied and when their employees incompetence is brought to their attention they blame the customer rather than the employee. this kind of retarded backwards thinking is what is wrong with this country already and if it persists we will see another great company come down to nothing

Disappointed in their handling of online sales. Bought a product online because their shipping costs were the lowest, and they charged me a higher shipping cost (thereby removing the competitiveness of their product), and never called me or otherwise notified me. I would not have made the purchase had I known they were going to charge me the same total as their competitor's pricing, and I just thought this was very poor customer service.

This company has incredible customer service! We needed a part for our steamer and they not only delivered it but they installed it and stuck around to make sure everything was working properly. These people are the nicest to speak to over the phone and seem to go above and beyond with everything.
