Listen….you really need to go there and get their brisket plate or sandwich! You can choose your bread for the sandwich . The one I have posted here is white bread. The bbq sauce was delicious!! A little pricy but oh my goodness the brisket is the best I’ve ever had. So good! Just go ahead and treat yourself!

Went again today and got the brisket on a brioche bun!! Soooo good!! Totally recommend!

We ordered 100 cupcakes for our daughter’s baby shower. The request was for a wildflower design and we sent in a picture of what we wanted. What we got was 100% on point. They were gorgeous and were moist and delicious! Excellent job ladies!!!

We went because we saw GF options with the hope that we'd have a local business to frequent when we get lazy. We've pretty much mastered GF at home but it's nice to eat something you didn't bake or cook yourself. They only had Peanut butter and Macaroons available and there are cross contamination warnings on site, however the cookies were amazing and we had no signs of cross contamination.
The pimento cheese was not as I expected, different areas maybe use different recipes so while it wasn't what I was hoping for it was still delicious and I'd also buy it again.
The girl working was very friendly and patient. We'll definitely add Jonica's to our treat day rotation!

Jonica’s Bakery did not disappoint! I ordered a custom cake and Macaroons for a Baby Shower. The cake looked great. I ordered strawberry and it was delicious. Everybody enjoyed it and asked where I had gotten it from! I also ordered macaroons to go with the cake and the were over top amazing! ?I also picked up their pimento cheese to make tea sandwiches and that was terrific too! I plan to definitely do all my future baking need business with them again! ?

cupcakes are absolute perfection!! i go in there often and usually have a 5/5 experience. did want to mention i went in today and the girl working there, shorter girl with long black hair, was rude. no sense of customer service. in every other aspect, absolutely love this place!! a must-try spot in guntersville

I am gluten free and they now have a gluten free menu and wraps! It was FANTASTIC! So good! I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap. All their food is so good! Great environment and great food! Check them out! ?
