Overall the communication with her was great. However, I have to give my experience a low rating due to the poor quality we received with the food. The Mac and cheese looked like half baked peach cobbler. It was tan-ish in color and did not look edible. The grits were rough and grainy, the kabobs we asked for tasted like fake meat and was not able to eat. Nothing turned out how we asked at all. We had to pick the food up which was fine, but when the day came the food made one person sick. She charged us $575 for catering. I will say after I explained the situation and even offered to bring the food back she seemed to be understanding. She only refunded us $400 but I allowed the $175 to slide since she did make an attempt. I’m not sure if this is the norm for her but with the good reviews I read, I was highly disappointed to have received the service we did today. We weren’t able to eat anything at our tailgate and now have to refund over 30 people some of their money.

The level of excitement that I had for this food based of the menu itself does not match what was delivered. Looking at these pictures below makes me think that we were pranked. The Mac&Cheese alone was BROWN and honesty looked like dressing. The shrimp and grits had no seasoning and looked like they shrimp was steamed and just thrown into the grits. The sliders, basic Hawaiian roles and pulled chicken. Everything looked like it was just thrown together. No seasoning, no sauce, just NO! HIGHLY disappointed and NEVER again.

If I could leave -22 stars I would. The Mac and cheese looked brown and I don’t mean because the cheese was burnt. I honestly thought it was a joke. The shrimp and grits were horrible. Overall, this was a bad experience. The pictures I see below looks NOTHING like what we received yesterday. NEVER again. !

I called for a last minute cater job, on a holiday and Juanita answered the phone and Sunday and Monday(labor day) and accommodated my family for a large gathering. She delivered a good meal at a good price and was on time and did everything she promised and more. I did all this from 2 states away with just a few days notice to her. Highly recommended.
