I would give it 1 but I saw Another Dirty Room’s video and it was very entertaining so I gave this place 2. However if you love roaches, moldy ceilings, wet floors, and random people’s aftermath from a good night in bed then this is the perfect place for you!
But seriously don’t stay here. You’ll end up with Corona or worse

Great place if you think that having a shower head with over 300x the acceptable amount of bacteria (adenosine triphosphate, 'ATP') is OK. Roaches, old chicken and filth all over. They do not clean. Thank you Another Dirty Room for bringing this completely to light for the public!

Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms, Fast Maintenance. Sprays for bugs weekly and reasonable rates. Nightly and Weekly Rates available some units have mini refrigerator and microwave. Laundry on site and right on KRT 1sa bus route. Dollar General, GoMart, Burger King and Tudor's Biscuit World within walking distance.

The Jefferson is just as it says !" The Jefferson " named after the little town between St. Albans and South Charleston at one time in the past you would call it a motor lodge ! Now it's more of a transitional place to stay where you can stay reasonably for weeks at a time staying warm in the winter and cool in the summer! There is no pool or special amenities but to some its home !

If you need a cheap place to stay this is it. But you get what you pay for. Staff is very friendly and helpful. River is right off back side of building.

Friendly service , clean room , small but clean , would have given another star but the TV has lines in it and no remote , no refrigerator, no table and chairs to eat at !
