Two of us went here for dinner recently and we had a nice experience. The friendly guy who served us was very polite, kind and respectful. The ambience was very nice and cozy. The food we tried was tasty and good value for money.
We wished the Mac & cheese had a cheese crusty top, as you would get in lots of restaurants. Other than that, the food was tasty 👍 If you are in Tahoe Vista and looking for a dinner out, I would highly recommend Jason's 🙏

Love, love, love this place. Perfect for a romantic lunch or family gathering. Great outdoor seating with breathtaking views of the lake. Efficient, friendly, helpful service. Delicious food. We recommend the apple pie alamode, Grilled Portabello sandwich, California Chicken sandwich, California burger, and Irish Potatoes. And the draft beer is always refreshing and comes in large glasses we call "Beer Bowls".

Stopped by for a quick lunch. We got the French onion soup and the Clam chowder. It was good. We also got the garlic crostini. Very good. Good beers and good service.

Very good food and price compared to other food in the area. We loved the Nashville chicken sandwich and tuna mango salad, altho be careful they are spicyyyyy. We came back again for steak sandwich and it was good too. And they have happy hour 4-6pm!

Overall it wasn’t bad, the seafood fettuccine was very good and priced pretty well for the dish. However the baby back ribs are not worth it all they are super skinny with barely any meat on them. The salmon was also not too bad pretty tasty. The fries were really tasty and my friends enjoyed the meal but probably wouldn’t return. There is a nice beach nearby so you can kind of see the sunset depending on your seating.

Impressive looking establishment, visited a little out of season. The service was fast, Manager was ruthlessly efficient and a touch dismissive, although well intentioned. The appetizer was served after the mains, no big deal. The Nachos plate was well presented, but the actual corn chips, cheese and ingredients tasted stale and sub par. Fair to say that it was the worst tasting plate of Nachos in my life, my expectations were modest but I was totally underwhelmed. The intriguing roasted artichoke was an actualy a complete two artichokes, without special steaming, just a quick bake, if seemed. 98% was inedible, the 2% that was edible was OK, but I was just simply shocked for what I paid vs what I got. Wife had the crispy spicy chicken burger, she was also found the meal to be disappointing, bun was soggy (untoasted) and the average pub meal at home would shame this effort.

Overall, it was a good experience! We had a large group of 5 adults and 6 kids. The waitress was awesome in dealing with our request and will to make exceptions. The food was good, and several of us got the special, surf and turf. Ribeye and 3 large shrip which was really good. Felt a little overpriced but kind of expected based on location.

Went here after a long drive to Kings Beach. For parking we had to pay $10 near the beach since there wasn't any at the front. Our group of 9 had to wait almost an hour on a Thursday evening. I ordered the Mai Tai while waiting at the Sand Bar, and it was to my liking, "It did not taste watered down." Once we were seated, we got our drinks right away. We sat outside since the weather was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful with questions we were asking about the area. The scallop pasta was very good that my mother in law wished she had ordered that instead of the clam chowder soup. I thought the clam chowder soup was better than other places, and I wanted more, but I also wanted to save myself for the pasta. I would recommend coming here and giving this place a try.
