Oded and his Jasmine Catering team were fantastic! We had a whole plan for an outdoor ceremony that got completely thrown off course by the rain. They were calm, collected, and really accommodating about helping us to adjust the floor plan so that the photo booth and desserts would still fit in a visually appealing way. I didn't do a whole lot of decorations due to budget reasons but the floor plan and table settings were arranged in such a spectacular way that it really didn't need much to look breath taking. They did an amazing job. Oded is highly knowledgeable about cultural food customs and allergies, he really helped me put together a menu that met all of our needs.
The food was amazing! My guests loved it. The coq au vin was to die for.... I wish I could just order that for two to have again. It was so good!!! The staff was so gracious and attentive to all of our guests. They brought me a glass of wine and some appetizers to make sure we got some while we were taking photos after the ceremony. They remained attentive to us all night to ensure we were well taken care of. I almost cried at the end of the day because I was so grateful to them for how flawlessly everything went. I would definitely recommend Jasmine Catering and book them again for any catering needs. Absolutely wonderful food and service. Thank you Jasmine Catering!!! Jasmine Catering run by Chef Oded Hilu was amazing throughout our wedding planning process and even better on the day of. We got married at the Brazil Room, where Jasmine Catering is a preferred catering vendor for the venue. We did a taste testing with Oded about a year prior to the wedding. He made the tasting experience super personable and comfortable for my husband and I.

As we planned the wedding, we had many questions about the day of and he was super fast and responsive up until the very end. He helped us choose the right menu for our guests. He helped us with table and chair set up.

On the day of— his team was amazing! They were fast and efficient in setting everything up. They don’t have much time to set up and I was nervous hoping it would all be set up in time. But his team did it and they were very professional and helpful to our coordinator and her team.

During the wedding, the staff was awesome. They were attentive, quick, and respectful to our guests. They made sure champagne and wine glasses were full all night. They made sure to use our bar decor and kept our guests happy with the bar all night. The food was amazing! Our guests are still talking about the amazing food especially the salad. lol!! I think about that balsamic dressing all the time. Haha.

Oded, thank you for your hard work you contributed to our special day. We cannot thank you enough for all you and your team did for us. THANK YOU. And I highly recommend hiring Jasmine Catering!!

I hired Jasmine Catering for a baby naming party back in September. I could not be happier with the service! From start to finish, Oded was extremely responsive and accommodating to my special dietary requests, planning the logistics, working with my timing and providing advice. On the day of the party the food exceeded my expectations, my guests did not stop commenting on the food quality and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The lead server is absolutely charming, and the entire staff looked happy and friendly to my guests. At the end of the night they packed the leftovers for us, and we enjoyed them for a few days following the party.

Over all this was an excellent decision and I highly recommend jasmine catering

Jasmine Catering is the wedding catering business run by Chef Oded Hilu. I for one, am incredibly grateful for his services. Oded and I worked together for the 4-6 months leading up to my wife and I's wedding. Oded was nothing short of amazing. He was incredibly thoughtful and professional in all his communication, which we mostly did via email. We selected him after reviewing our available vendors and finding that he was both less expensive than his competitors and flexible with his menu. He was clear in what he could or could not do for us and was helpful in imagining what might be done instead with regard to the menu. If you are considering a wedding vendor in the Bay Area, consider Oded one of your best options. His website provides sample menus, but even that will do justice to the service he will provide both professionally and in the kitchen. His serving team was second to none and communicated and helped my wife and I and our florist with much of the set up. I still can't believe how well the night went and how amazing the staff were in serving our guests appetizers. Food exceptional. Service exceptional. Execution exceptional. For all these reasons and more I am very happy to give Oded and Jasmine Catering five stars.

We had our wedding 3 months ago from today. It was amazing, they arranged everything how I wanted it. The food was delicious, the chef was super friendly and worked with our budget. Two college students ( one of them in grad school.) Dreams come true.

TL;DR: Oded was amazing. If you are getting married or hosting an event, and need a caterer, don't think twice.

We got married at the Brazilian Room earlier this year. All the way through the process, Oded was incredibly responsive, extremely helpful, and attentive to all of the details. Oded was also some of the best value based on some of the quotes we got early on in the process. We care deeply about food, and wanted to make sure the food at our wedding was delicious. After doing a tasting with Oded's team, we were convinced that he'd be the best person to work with.

The food at the wedding was terrific. We got multiple comments from guests about its deliciousness. Also, Oded's service team onsite was extremely friendly and kept everything running smoothly. They made sure to check on us and ensure we had all the food and drink we wanted as the bride and groom.

We're glad we chose to work with Oded and would do so in a heartbeat again.

Jasmine Catering went above and beyond for our wedding!!

My husband and I are still at awe of how amazing our wedding was thanks to Jasmine Catering. Oded made things easy from the start. Incredibly quick with responses and great communication. We had one menu in mind in the beginning and he created an even better one for the same cost! He was also very flexible with us to the end. The service provided during the planning was above and beyond what we expected!

Now for the important part, The food, and was it DELICIOUS! Our guests were so happy with their meals and could not stop raving about how good the appetizers and buffet was. The staff and head of staff for the wedding were so fun and helpful on the day. They seamlessly moved through set up and breakdown with no problem. Since my husband and I were so focused on our day it was really nice for the staff to be so gracious with us and check in on if we needed anything, even when we didn't know if we did. Really considerate things like an appetizer to eat, a bottle of wine for our wedding table, extra food at the buffet so we were full.

We used Jasmine Catering for our LGBTQ wedding, and their service and the food were beyond excellent!!! Our entire experience from start to finish was very positive. Oded provided amazing insight about things to consider for the venue, the day of schedule, and of course the meals served throughout the wedding. It never felt like just a catering service because it was clear that Oded and his team wanted to support us in having a successful and memorable wedding. We were impressed by every dish during the tasting (we chose the Asian-Mediterranean menu) and appreciated Jasmine catering helping us tailor the menu for our vegan, special diet and gluten free guests! We didn't have the budget to hire an event coordinator, and Oded was very helpful in providing DIY suggestions along the way. The day of the wedding proved that our choice in Jasmine Catering was absolutely right, when we heard that our guests were following the catering staff around to track down more delicious appetizers and when all of guests said that the dinner man was ONE OF THE BEST WEDDING MEALS they've ever had at weddings. Such high compliments, thanks to Oded and his team who offered us a chance to treat our guests well. Hands down highly recommended!!!
