We drove over from Albertville for supper last night and all I can say is it won’t be our last time eating there. The people were very friendly and the food was excellent. The chicken was very good and the greens were so good. Can’t say enough good things about our experience.

My family and I always come here on our drive back home to Chicago, IL. This restaurant has always been our Aunt Marlene Putman’s favorite restaurant. We make it our mission to stop by here and pick her favorite dish so she can enjoy it. And it’s been our favorite joint also. But wish they could accept credit cards.
If you are ever down here, please stop by this restaurant will not disappoint. Their food is absolutely amazing and delicious!!! And the Staff is super friendly!

The food is average but it's a nice place for a town that has very little in the way of restaurants. They do take credit/debit cards if you don't mind a 3.5% charge being added to your bill without being told up front!!! That's the reason I won't be going back to James BBQ. It's your cost as a business to accept credit/debit cards not mine as a consumer. It I remember correctly...we didn't ask for debit cards they were forced upon us.

Change processors? There are plenty of places where I use my card that don't charge. So I know that option is available for you as well!!!

I am Davey L. Rich, the creator of Best Burgers in America Association, and I was invited to score their burgers. What an awesome burger. Hand-Patted meat, never Frozen. The burger was cooked to perfection. They scored a Perfect 10. If you love great burgers, then you gotta go grab you one and tell them that The Burger Guy sent you.

Staff was very dry like the BBQ..... Nice building..but that's it. Potato salad very watery, never had to drench my BBQ in BBQ sauce to have to eat it..
