BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!
Spokane Valley Residence,
I stopped to get coffee today 4-14-2025 and was greeted by a very rude young lady who said her name was Berlin.
*Every time she is there & I get coffee it is the same ordeal very rude. She is the same way with other customers as well.
Anyway, to the point, this is the last time I ever stop at this coffee shop.
After I left I stopped by another coffee shop this morning and got a good cup of coffee and they were, as always, very friendly and the coffee was great.
Swell Coffee on Trent Avenue.

I’m still leaving a higher star review because I love this place and come at least 2-3 times a week!
But this past weekend on Sunday morning around 9-10 am, I had my friends visiting in town and we ordered breakfast here, I understand it can be annoying because putting together the breakfast takes more time. With that being said I was very understanding and apologetic, but even with this there was microwave door slamming and eye rolls while the food was being made. I would say maybe call ahead of time if you are ordering multiple sandwiches and breakfast items to try and avoid this. It was probably just a one-off situation but I figured it was worth taking note of.

This is a gem of a coffee stand that I never knew existed until now! Holy bonkers I can honestly say that they offer the BEST bacon breakfast burrito out of all the others Ive had around town. It was delicious! I also had a very tasty caramel americano. Will be back whenever I am in the area again! Barista was very kind and the in shop atmosphere was cozy and calming!

Jack's is a great little shop! I don't get over that way very often but I stop when I can. I've always got a great drink with a friendly smile. And this one is so big I can barely get it into one frame:-)

I have been going for years! Great local coffee shop. I love everyone who works there, they always have a smile and work hard to get you your drink and food quick. They make great coffee and other drinks, the breakfast food options here are really good too. I definitely recommend this coffee shop to be your go to place!

I absolutely love this place! Go here anytime I need a good energy drink to get me going. The girls work so very hard to keep it going smooth and fast. Always get a cream cheese bagel here or a muffin.

From out of town came through the drive thru. Coffee was good close to some family so would come back. Got a caramel mochiato. Line backed up into the main road. Wasn’t a fan of the banana bread it was very dry.
