Every time I've picked up my kids and brought them here and after school there is nothing but terrible service very rude very off putting I used to enjoy Jack in the Box but refuse to come to this location somehow they get away with never offering the national sales events I think the franchise owner should sell it

Listen, I am most times understanding about human error and such but this is the 4th order from jack where I have ZERO Sauce. Every single meal asked for it and none included every single time. Even if you don't have the one ask just put something in there! Im so disappointed because I really love the food but I just cant get over this 4 times in a row.

update....12/1/2024 they still DONT know how to give you sauce...we got a chicken strip meal and asked for sauce in the bag and never got it....Its becoming a thing for this place. Please DO BETTER...

Where I live in Arkansas, we unfortunately do not have any JITB locations. So, whenever I make it to Phoenix, one of my first stops is always at the local Jack!!!

They manipulate their drive through times to look better for corporate. If you're slow, own it. I was the ONLY one in the drive through and they made me pull forward and they brought the food out to me.
