My wife and I stayed at Red Cabin 12 for a week for our anniversary, and everything was perfect. We had everything we needed for a peaceful vacation, and we look forward to coming back.

We got to enjoy grilling on the front porch, a nice fire in the fireplace, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals.

Also, Amanda at the management company was very helpful and responsive.

First experience of Lake Delton and family of 6 had a great experience. The cabin we rented was a large cabin and it was very nice. Not ultra swanky but charming. Concrete countertops and very nice big fridge and surprisingly well stocked for kitchen appliances and basic kitchen supplies. Super hot water and bone chilling air.

It was very nice having a fallback location should weather turn but it was surprising how homey it felt. I would not have been upset spending our week stuck in that large cabin.

Will happily go back and I hope we can always afford it.

Best hidden Gem off-the-beaten-path ever!!! Responsive management and not overrun by tourists- if you’re looking for a less-crowded place to stay with its own private pool with 2 beaches where you can bring your boat, this is the spot!!!! Extremely family-friendly and ADORABLE. We stay in unit #51 for our trips to the Dells and it truly feels like our “home away from home.”

Was there today with my 3 kids age 12. Not only do we own a condo there but we're visiting friends. My kids threw a small rock onti the ice to see if it was frozen. There was a lady there with here 2 younger kids who started yelling at them not to throw a rock. They were no where near her. I told her it was one small rock to test the ice. She said she was the president of the hoa and to leave and never come back we were trespassing. She new everyone. She was beyond nasty| This is NOT the kind of treatment that is acceptable at a family resort. We have been thinking of selling our condo it is expensive but we love it but when I check if she is in charge we are gone. I will also pass the word along to the other owners. Avoid this resort if this women is the hoa president she thinks she owns it and everyone. When I asked her name she told me it was none of my business. FYI we have owned a condo there for many years. Her parting words were this is private property lease now. We got into the car because we dove down to the water and drove back o our condo.... great memories for my kids not anymore

The place was wonderful. It's a combination of owners and people who rent. Therefore, there are many people who have a very personal interest in the resort. The outside spaces were immaculately kept. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. The unit we stayed in was clean and neat - everything was thought of down to a night light in the bathroom and every light switch labeled. The location is out in the woods but very close to attractions if you want to venture out. It's quiet and peaceful, if you just want to stay in and enjoy family. There's a kitchen and grills to cook on, but we had food delivered several times with no problem. Would definitely go again, and again!

We had a recent family vacation and rented three cabins. This resort offered everything for all ages ,61yr old to 1yr! Lake activities, pool, playground, spacious decks, etc. It is also close to any activities, but distant from the crowds. The cabins were spacious to accommodate each family. We rented #8 and #51 from Mike who was very friendly and informative. We rented #20 from Katie and were the first to rent and she was so gracious! The cabin was beautifully remodeled! A big plus at this resort, is the quiet hours from 10:00pm-9:00am, everyone respected this. This was our first family vacation and no one wanted to leave. We will definitely be back!

We booked two cabins and two villas for a family reunion weekend. The cabins and villas were very clean and nice. They had all of the amenities we needed for cooking. The resort is nicely tucked off the main Dells roads on the lake and all cabins are easy to move between. The heated outdoor pool is very nice if you don't want to deal with crowds at the waterparks. Mike was very professional and accommodating when we had to switch cabins after our initial reservations and did everything he could to accommodate our needs. We had 20 people in our group and all of them, ages 25-60 said they really enjoyed our stay there. We will return.
