I recently had the pleasure of staying at InterContinental, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern and beautifully designed, with stylish decor and a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was, from the lobby to the rooms. The attention to detail in the design and layout made it feel both luxurious and comfortable.

My room was spacious, with contemporary furnishings and all the amenities I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, featuring sleek finishes and high-quality toiletries. The door handle to the bathroom was unnecessarily sharp and uncomfortable to grab, this is certainly a safety hazard. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like ample charging ports and a well-stocked minibar. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Beyond the rooms, the hotel offers fantastic amenities, including a great fitness center and a stylish bar area. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the downtown shopping area within walking distance. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, InterContinental is a fantastic choice. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable, and stylish place to stay.

As one who has been in the business (board of directors of Strategic Hotel and Resorts NYSE REIT), I was surprised at the lack of staffing and amenities (e.g. restaurant for more than a buffet breakfast, and bar with limited menu). Also, would recommend a change in a 20% service charge for a buffet breakfast that was simply not worth the meal charge alone. I would compare the buffet as only slightly better or equal to a breakfast at a Courtyard or Hamptons Inn. The Intercontinental should be in a category with the Fairmont Hotel.

On the positive side: beautifully designed interiors with great location and has the bones and feel of a hotel that deserves better amenities.

Also, the Fitness Facility has great space that could be better utilized.

Had a lovely weekend stay with my young son, all staff went out of their way to say hi to him and Leanne the head concierge went the extra mile to welcome us. Rooms are lovely clean and modern and we enjoyed the turn down service. Location is fantastic to enjoy restaurant, shops and parks within walking distance. Great status recognition.

My last minute staycation babymoon at the property was a memorable and relaxing experience!

Staff - This was only made possible by the wonderful help of the Concierge (Leanne) who arranged wonderful activities (mocktail experience at the hotel bar - Greg made some amazing mocktails for me and divine cocktails for my husband), organized dinner reservations at a local hot spot which included a $20 discount, and left surprises and personal touches in our room when we checked in. Leanne made our stay extra special, and took a genuine interest/joy in our celebrations. We highly recommend using the Concierge to make your stay more memorable.

Property - The property is new. The rooms are spotless, thoughtfully designed, modern, and feature high end bathroom amenities. Small touches like the lush bathrobe really made this feel like a luxe stay.

Dining - The dining options are still limited at the property as their full scale restaurant has not opened, but we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel lobby bar and drinks in the evening.

Location - We're locals to the area and are familiar with Bellevue. What we loved about this spot is the walkability to the mall, lots of dining options and bars, and the safety of the area.

Great property, brand new hotel. The staff and management were professional and thoughtful, Everyone went above and beyond. They're was a walkable art show down the same street which was great. The black bottle is right around the corner too, walkable. I didn't try the food at the lobby bar, but it was convenient for a drink.The breakfast buffet was great, simple but exactly what you need. I forgot to ask about getting club lounge access so not sure if they have one, so can't describe that. Room and amenities were as expected at intercontinental, comfy bed, great view.

New hotel in a super safe environment in Bellevue. Perfect stay for work. Friendly and welcoming staff. Delicious buffet with a wide variety of options. Clean gym. No spa yet but I have been told that one will be available soon.

We were remarkably happy with our experience staying here. It's a relaxed, quiet, and beautiful hotel right across the street from lots of restaurants and entertainment. The room was comfortable, making it a nice place to hang out and sleep. Just note that there is no self parking and the valet is around $75. Other than that, A+.

Gorgeous doesn’t even begin to describe this hotel - hands down, by far the cleanest, luxury experience I’ve had in a hotel. The concierge was patient and accommodating when I called to ask about room service after getting in later at night, and Adrianna at the front desk was absolutely delightful - the bell hop even held the elevator door for our arrival. The security is great, with your key card only being able to access your own floor, and none of the flimsy door locks but with modern locks that interlock into place once you’re inside the room that really add to feeling safe. I was in a standard room and it felt like a suite, complete with a full working desk and sofa, with the smallest but meaningful personal touches (like a wet bar with instructions on how to make a cocktail). Even the body care in the bathroom was higher standard (not the stuff that makes your skin feel dry - it’s GREAT) and not a single piece of lint, dirt, or grime anywhere. Definitely will be making this my choice of stay when in Bellevue.
